My only issue is that i was given email and SMS advertaising 100% bonus deposit and i also saw that bonus on my account as claimable but after i made deposit i was told it was denied under managements decision. After that i played with my raw deposit and managed to make withdrawal, but its been now over a week and i have contacted support multiple times and im being told that they try to move it faster but nothing happens. In terms it says within 3 days process withdrawal requests but it seems to be atleast 8-9 days.
Edit here: I waited for 9 days and i was told everything is ok but now my balance was returned to my account and told to try withdrawal again due to technical difficulties. I was paid on 9th day after the request
