I have been at this casino for 10 days.
I deposited already 14 times and got to second level vip
I tried to deposit for 15th time. And they took the money out of my bank instantly, then told me to wait 4 hours for a deposit that is suppose to be instant. So I waited, then it got "rejected" then they told me to send them a screenshot of the proof of payment, so I did, then they told me that the payment has been rejected and that my money will be returned into 5 business days if it hasn't then reach out to them for further investigation.
This is disgraceful. 19 years ive been playing online casinos and ive never experienced such a thing. It feels like the casino just took my money and never credited the funds to my balance.
My bank will never allow a "pending" deposit, as it has a security option, which means the fund will never be approved to be removed unless it's all cleared. Which mean it's the casinos fault.
