I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. I go to to support and talk to "Mario" and ask if they can resend me the confirmation mail. Suddenly he just out of the blue closes the chat. I reopen the chat and ask again, but I get a generic answer: "I don't send email." I forgot what I answered to that, but he replied with "Read carefully again, I don't send emails"

Is that how you treat potential customers? By scaring them away. Stay away from these guys, they don't want customers lol.
