So, I registered at this casino. Before I even register at a casino, I read the terms and conditions thoroughly, especially the list of restricted countries. I am of sound mind and can 100% guarantee that my country was not on the restricted list before I registered.
After I registered, I played it safe and asked the live chat again. They checked my profile information, which clearly showed that I was from Germany, and confirmed that I was allowed to play in the casino. So I made a deposit and played. After the money had been processed, I went back to the terms and conditions because I wanted to find out how to verify my identity and what documents I needed to submit, as I liked the casino and planned to play there more often. As I skimmed through the terms and conditions, the list of blocked countries immediately caught my attention. It was suddenly longer than I remembered, and suddenly, out of nowhere, my country was on the blocked list. I contacted the live chat again and asked, but the live chat is very incompetent and can't do anything. I asked them to refund my deposit because the terms and conditions were different before than after, and I had been assured in the live chat that I was allowed to play here (I have screenshots of this). Suddenly they said it was my responsibility to check whether my country was on the blocked list. I said that I did that before registering and that my country wasn't on the list. The live chat didn't understand that, probably due to a lack of expertise. Anyway, I didn't get my money back and it doesn't matter, it was only €20 and the casino can shove it somewhere else because they obviously need that money more than I do. It's about the principle! The casino is cheating and I have proof of that. They change a few points in the terms and conditions immediately after registration and in my opinion that is fraud! Nobody should play in such a dubious casino.

Also ich habe mich in diesem Casino registriert. Bevor ich mich überhaupt in einem Casino registriere lese ich die AGB gründlich und vor allem die Liste der gesperrten Länder. Ich bin bei klarem Bewusstsein und Verstand und kann zu 100% versichern, dass vor meiner Registrierung mein Land nicht in der Liste der gesperrten Länder stand.
Nachdem ich registriert war, ging ich auf Nummer sicher und fragte im Livechat auch nochmal nach. Der prüfte meine Profilinformationen wo ganz deutlich zu erkennen war, dass ich aus DE komme und bestätigte mir, dass ich spielen darf in dem Casino. Also tätigte ich eine Einzahlung und spielte. Nachdem das Geld heruntergespielt war ging ich erneut zu den AGB weil ich mich informieren wollte wie man sich verifiziert und welche Dokumente man einreichen muss da mir das Casino gefiel und ich mir vornahm, öfter hier zu spielen. Beim überfliegen der AGB fiel mir direkt die Liste der gesperrten Länder auf, plötzlich war sie länger als ich in Erinnerung hatte und plötzlich, wie aus dem Nichts, stand mein Land in der Sperrliste. Ich kontaktierte wieder den Livechat und fragte nach, der Livechat ist aber sehr inkompetent und kann nichts, ich bat ihn darum, mir meine Einzahlung zu erstatten da vorher die AGB anders waren als nachher und mir im Livechat versichert wurde dass ich hier spielen darf (ich habe Screenshots davon) auf einmal hieß es dann, ich sei selbst verantwortlich dafür zu prüfen ob mein Land in der gesperrten Liste steht. Ich sagte dass ich das tat vor der Registrierung und dass mein Land nicht in der Liste stand. Das hat der Livechat nicht verstanden wahrscheinlich durch die fehlende Kompetenz. Naja mein Geld habe ich nicht zurück erhalten es ist auch egal es waren nur 20€ die kann sich das Casino sonstwo hin schieben denn offensichtlich hat das Casino dieses Geld nötiger als ich. Es geht hier um das Prinzip! Das Casino betrügt und dafür habe ich Beweise. Es ändert direkt nach der Registrierung einige Punkte in den AGB und das ist meiner Meinung nach Betrug! Niemand sollte in so einem unseriösen Casino spielen.

Apart from fast deposits and nice support, I can only say bad things about the casino. Very stingy casino. You don't have any fun here. You keep paying, no matter what slot you play and even with low stakes, you only get dead spins and ridiculously low winnings. The casino allows German players to register, deposit and play. If you go to the regulatory authority's website, it says that disputes and complaints from German players will not be heard because the license does not extend to the country and Germany is on the authority's blacklist. Ich kann außer schnelle Einzahlungen und netter Support, nur schlechtes über das Casino berichten. Sehr geiziges Casino. Man hat keinen Spaß hier. Ich bin sehr lange in diesem Casino angemeldet, damals war ich hier aktiver. Mit der Zeit fing ich an dieses Casino zu meiden aufgrund seiner enorm niedrigen RTP und demzufolge fehlenden Spaß und weil dieses Casino das Konto nicht permament schließt. Bereits mehrere Male sowohl per Mail als auch im Livecat versucht, per Mail kriegt man überhaupt keine Antwort und der Livechat ist unfähig dies zu tun, egal mit welchem Anliegen man den Livechat kontaktiert, man wird immer auf die E-Mail verwiesen, wo kein Mensch antwortet. Von verantwortungsbewusstem Spielen hält dieses Casino wohl genau so wenig wie von fair play. Daher habe ich mich von dem Casino distanziert.

Das Casino ist gut gebaut doch leider lädt die Website manchmal zu lange. In den Slots tauchen ab und zu Servefehler auf und die Gewinnausschüttung könnte besser sein, Einzahlungen werden nicht in Echtzeit gutgeschrieben und verzögern sich von kurz bis extrem lange. Deswegen kann ich dem Casino nicht die volle Punktzahl geben aber es ist dennoch ein gutes Casino. Der Support ist sehr nett und man muss nicht lange auf Antwort warten.

Von 50€ nur Deadspins oder Gewinne zwischen 40 Cent und 90 Cent bestärken meinen Verdacht auch noch. Wirklich alles in diesem Casino ist negativ es gibt nichts positives, dass man nennen kann.

Die Slots, die ich sehr gut kenne und über Jahre schon spiele laufen in diesem Casino so merkwürdig, dass man des Öfteren während dem Spielen die Befürchtung hat, die Slots sind Fake. Solche Bilder in den Slots habe ich in der Art noch nie so gesehen. Wirkt alles irgendwie gestellt und beschert mir als Spieler ein unsicheres Gefühl was das Casino angeht. Über Boni etc kann ich nichts sagen da ich diesen nicht nutze. Fazit: das Casino bietet kurzzeitig Spaß, viele Slots und ein schönes Design, dennoch mit Vorsicht zu genießen.

I asked support to close my account. After endless writing, as is typical with this provider, I was sent an email asking me to request that the account be closed.

I wanted to do this straight away, but then I noticed that I still had €1 in my player account. I played this euro with a 5 cent stake on Book of Dead. Suddenly free spins, good pictures from €1 became €17. The strange thing is, before I complained to support, I lost several euros on this slot without getting a single free spin or halfway decent pictures. I played with 5 cents there too. Habe mich beim Support beschwert weil das Casino kaum Spaß und Unterhaltung bietet und für mein Emfpinden viel zu heiß darauf ist, den Spielern Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen ohne etwas dafür zu bieten.

Ich bat den Support um Schließung meines Kontos. Nach ewigem herumschreiben wie man es ja kennt bei diesem Anbieter, gab man mir eine Mail ich soll doch per Mail um Kontoschließung bitten.

Dies wollte ich direkt tun dann fiel mir auf, dass noch 1€ auf meinem Spielerkonto ist. Ich spielte diesen Euro auf 5 Cent Einsatz bei Book of Dead. Plötzlich Freispiele, gute Bilder aus 1€ wurden dann 17€. Das komische ist, vor meiner Beschwerde beim Support, habe ich etliche Euros an diesem Slot verloren, ohne auch nur ein Freispiel, oder halbwegs gute Bilder zu erhalten. Auch da habe ich auf 5 Cent gespielt. Komisch, man muss sich also erst beschweren beim Support, damit man in diesem Casino ein wenig Glück hat?
Soviel zum Thema das hat alles mit Glück zu tun. Von wegen :D

This casino is an absolute joke. Not only is the RTP pathetically low, playing in this casino is both tedious and frustrating. Every 5 to 10 minutes in the game there are server errors and you have to leave the slot. The support is incompetent and unhelpful. I describe the problem with the thousands of server errors to support and show screenshots, say that I have deleted cookies and browser data, tried using a different browser but the problem keeps coming up and get an answer that I should delete cookies. It is not fun to play here, the casino is one of the worst I have ever played in.

Dieses Casino ist eine absolute Lachnummer. Nicht nur, dass die RTP erbärmlich niedrig ist, das spielen in diesem Casino ist sowohl abmühend, als auch frustrierend. Im Spiel alle 5 bis 10 Min Servefehler und man muss den Slot verlassen. Der Support ist inkompetent und nicht hilfreich. Ich schildere dem Support das Problem mit den tausend Serverfehlern und zeige Screenshots, teile mit, dass ich cookies und Browserdaten gelöscht habe, es über einen anderen Browser versucht habe doch das Problem immer wieder auftaucht und bekomme eine Antwort dass ich cookies löschen soll. The FS for registration, as advertised here, does not exist. The site is in English and there are only 3 languages that you can choose from. I have no idea what drove me to register in such a poorly built casino. I will definitely never play here.

Was ist das denn bitte für ein Casino :D das Laden der Website dauert sehr lange da verliert man die Lust zu spielen bis hier mal die Seite lädt bin ich um 3 Jahre gealtert. Extrem altbackene Website da hat man sich wenig Mühe gegeben.
Die FS für die Registrierung, wie sie hier angepriesen werden, gibt es garnicht. Die Seite ist auf englisch und es gibt nur 3 Sprachen die man auswählen kann. Keine Ahnung was mich dazu getrieben hat mich in so einem miserabel gebauten Casino zu registrieren. Hier spielen werde ich garantiert niemals.
