You feel like talking to bots and you can very clearly sense they are not making an effort to understand the customer concerns. And this is based on hundreds of interactions. I had a reoccurring issue that kept being dismissed by chat. I then emailed support with a detailed description of my concern and no difference, I was dismissed again that nothing can be done.
Just check their tone for some of the reviews here. They quote a policy and people are dissatisfied and say we should have read policy number this and that. We all know that no one reads all the policies, but the company should have fair practices and take their customers complains seriously. And make changes to improve.
Overall, I find this casinos has many positives but the customer service outweighs them all.
