Čini se da ako nešto osvojite u ovom kazinu, moraćete da verifikujete svoj identitet (naravno, to nije problem), ali će im trebati što je duže moguće i čini se kao da žele da „odustanete", ali posle ne mogu da nađu razlog da odbiju vaše povlačenje, samo će izbrisati vaš nalog i „povratiti" vam bez daljeg objašnjenja. Posle mesec dana još uvek nisam dobio ni objašnjenje ni sredstva. Još uvek čekam i tražim podršku svake nedelje samo da dobijem isti odgovor. "Još se obrađuje."

Konačno sam dobio svoja sredstva nakon 2 meseca
It seems to be that if you win anything with this casino, you will have to verify your identity (of course thats no problem), but they will take as long as possible and it feels like they want you to "give up" but after they cant find any reason to reject your withdrawal, they will just delete your account and "refund" you with no further explanation. After a month I still havent received either an explenation nor my funds. I am still waiting and asking support weekly just to get the same answer. "Its still being processed."
