Sve je počelo sa procesom verifikacije naloga - odmah je došlo do problema.
Čim sam pokušao da podignem svoj dobitak, „nadležna i odgovorna" administracija Slothunter-a počela je da traži od mene apsolutno sve dokumente kojih su se setili: dokaze o identitetu, razne bankovne izvode, čak i dokumente sa mog prethodnog posla i lične podatke o mom rođaci! Poslali su mi čak i test putem e-pošte :) A onda su nastavili i napisali da će moj nalog biti blokiran i da „ne možete da povučete svoj dobitak jer niste dali POTREBNA dokumenta koja dokazuju da imate finansije" To je kao da sam neka sumnjiva osoba sa ulice bez para.
PS Tokom naše prepiske, stalno sam objašnjavao administraciji da sam koristio dobitke iz drugog kazina da finansiram svoj račun u njihovom kazinu, ali oni ga jednostavno nisu dobili.
Rekao sam im da sam već poslao dovoljno dokumenata da dokažem svoj identitet i da imam dovoljno sredstava i za igranje u njihovom kazinu i za pokrivanje troškova života. Ipak, tražili su još više dokumenata. Kakva gomila gluposti...
Najsmešnije je što sam neke od ovih dokumenata već postavio na veb lokaciju kazina, ali se nisu ni potrudili da ih provere – to je nivo njihove korisničke usluge. Došlo je do apsurda: tražili su da ponovo slikam svoja dokumenta tako da mi se vidi lakat, lol
Još uvek mi nisu vratili novac, pozivajući se na potrebu za sve više dokumenata, čak su me naterali da odem u banku u kojoj više nisam klijent. Naravno, nisu davali nikakve izjave, a Slothunter je ponovo našao izgovor da ne prenese moj dobitak. I to uprkos činjenici da su svi podaci o mom identitetu, adresi i finansijama već u njihovim rukama!
Mislim da Slothunter samo traži izgovore da ne vrati moj dobitak, to je sve. U drugom kazinu od mene nisu tražili takva dokumenta, iako su dobici bili znatno veći. Očigledno se nadaju da će korisnik odustati od situacije i da će novac ostati kod njih.
It all started with the account verification process - there were problems right away.
As soon as I tried to withdraw my winnings, the "competent and responsive" Slothunter administration started asking me for absolutely any documents they could think of: proof of identity documents, various bank statements, even documents from my previous job and personal information about my relatives! They even sent me a test via email :) And then they went ahead and wrote that my account was about to be blocked and "you can't withdraw your winnings because you haven't provided the REQUIRED documents to prove you have finances" It's as if I'm some suspicious person from the street with no money.
P.S. Throughout our correspondence, I kept explaining to the administration that I used winnings from another casino to fund my account at their casino, but they just didn't get it.
I told them I had already sent enough documents to prove my identity and that I had sufficient funds both for playing at their casino and for covering my living expenses. Yet they kept asking for even more documents. What a load of nonsense...
The funniest part is that some of these documents I had already uploaded to the casino's website, but they didn't even bother to check them - that's the level of their customer service. It got absurd: they asked me to retake photos of my documents so that my elbow was visible, lol
They still haven't returned my money, citing the need for more and more documents, even forcing me to go to a bank where I'm no longer a client. Naturally, they didn't issue any statements, and Slothunter once again found an excuse not to transfer my winnings. And this is despite the fact that all the information regarding my identity, address, and finances is already in their hands!
I think Slothunter is just looking for excuses not to return my winnings, that's all. In another casino, they didn't require such documents from me, even though the winnings were significantly higher. Apparently, they're hoping that the user will give up on the situation and the money will stay with them.
