I have been playing at this site for several months without any issue until today. Have lost quite a lot at this site but have had some decent winnings too but overall am still loosing. Never had an issue with withdrawals but this time I have literally gotten scammed. I deposited 7k and by some streak of luck I had accumulated a winning of 57k; for a total account balance of a bit over 64k. The daily max withdrawal is 50k and i proceeded to to submit a request. Several hours later I realised that I had not received the funds in my bank account. I logged in to check and saw in my withdrawal history that it was tagged with a remark to contact Customer Service; which I did. Apparently 'Management' deemed that "I had violated gaming policies through progressive betting". I was like what the heck....cmon I was playing baccarat and had nearly every single bet with varied amounts and on different alternating sides (i.e. Player / Banker with sometimes additional side bets like Tie or Pairs). I checked all of my game records and no where is there progressive betting (e.g. betting 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and so forth). I asked for clarification or evidence of this to which I was just told "Management decision is final". So I turned out to be not so lucky after all and will not see the light of my winnings. The only saving grace here is that they did not "forfeit" my deposit and allowed me to withdraw that.
Having said this, I'm not a sore loser but want to educate others that if you are expecting 12Play to be transparent and honest.....this site might end up not being your cup of tea. I have seen a similar modus operandi reported here by another player who guess what....was also winning a decent amount but was denied withdrawal with no real justification.
If you are reading this please exercise better judgement with this site and operator! I have tried to appeal my case and gave all my justifications.....was told they would inform management and that I should wait for the final decision. In the meantime, they have blocked the chat/live support function for my account so I can well guess the outcome!
- Allowed to withdraw initial deposit and get to walk away (albeit without hard earned winnings)
- Denied withdrawal due to larger winning amount
- No evidence provided to substantiate forfeit of winnings
- No compromise whatsoever
