Brzina povlačenja i brzina je veoma loša.
Postavio sam 2 lota stanja na računu za povlačenje nekoliko dana pre nego što sam verifikovan 12/06 i jedan je plaćen 23/06, ali drugi povučen 09/06 ostaje neplaćen. Kao i one za 14/06 i 21/06.
Kada se povlačenje isplati, datum plaćanja takođe utiče na period povlačenja od 500 nedeljno, što produžava mogućnost da se 500 zaista stavi u režim povlačenja.
Neto efekat ovoga je da niste u mogućnosti da prebacite svoje stanje u režim povlačenja, pa čak i kada na kraju možete, povlačenje ostaje reverzibilno dok se ne isplati.
Imam 4 povlačenja koja su sada postavljena tamo 09/06 14/06 16/06 i 21/06.
Poslao sam preko desetak ljubaznih e-mailova i imao samo 1 odgovor.
To me je obavestilo da je isplata povezana sa stažom, aktivnošću računa i stopom depozita i u stvari njihovo navedeno vreme isplate je 18 radnih dana nakon verifikacije.
Istaknuo sam da sajt T i C ne pominje ovo i takođe kaže 12 dana, ali nema odgovora na to.
Bez obzira da li ima 12 ili 18 godina i siromašno u današnje vreme, a povlačenje 09/06 kasni u bilo koje maksimalno vreme.
Cilj kazina je naravno da vas natera da igrate bilo koji dobitak nazad. Predatorski i prozirni.
Mogu da živim sa T i C ako sam ih pročitao i odlučio da ipak nastavim, ali ovo nije pozicija ovde.
Isplatili su 300, iako su stavljeni na povlačenje pre čitavog kalendarskog meseca, a da li će platiti preostalih 1000, nije poznato dok pišem, tako da neću reći da su oni potpuna odmetnica dok se to ne sazna.
Ono što bih rekao je da oni brzo preuzimaju depozite i reaguju ako imate problem sa deponovanjem, ali ako je u pitanju povlačenje, onda nemojte očekivati da ćete videti isplatu novca u bilo kom odgovarajućem vremenskom okviru.
Nemojte se truditi slanjem e-pošte njihovoj podršci jer oni jednostavno ne odgovaraju.
Ne bih preporučio TIV ako želite da imate razumne šanse da budete plaćeni uopšte ili svakako u bilo kom prihvatljivom vremenskom okviru.

Najranije povlačenje je sada 19 radnih dana nakon verifikacije, a sledeće 17 dana.
Poslato 26 e-poruka i 1 neadekvatan odgovor pre nedelja i ništa od tada.
Ovo je prava recenzija jednog od mnogih nezadovoljnih kupaca.

Menadžer je sada poslao 2 e-poruke.
Onaj jučer je obavestio da neželjena pošta i negativna e-pošta utiču na osoblje, a jedan danas me je obavestio da su u okviru protokola isplate u skladu sa njihovim T i C i izneo dodatne uslove koji nisu sadržani u njihovim opsežnim T i C pravilima.
Dovoljno je reći da „spam i negativnost" tumačim kao prestanak traženja novca koji kasni, jednostavno volimo da depoziti ne moraju da se isplaćuju. Neki od mojih e-mailova su bili pomalo šaljivi, ali ne i vulgarni ili nepristojni, a mnogi drugi su jednostavno pitali kada će biti izvršene isplate.
Moj odgovor na 2. imejl je bio da primenim svoje T i C u odnosu na datum zahteva za verifikaciju i povlačenje, ukazujući da su sva 4 sada na maksimalnom navedenom datumu isplate, a zapravo sve posle.
Nema odgovora na to i povlačenja k 4 se i dalje prikazuju kao reverzibilne, tako da se ništa nije promenilo.
Teško je razumeti kompaniju koja želi da predstavi auru legitimiteta, ali se ponaša kao mnogi pravi lopovi u mračnom svetu onlajn slotova.
Ako nešto bude plaćeno, zaključiću pregled i ako to ne bude u razumnom vremenskom okviru od danas možemo sami odlučiti da li je ovo prihvatljiv način ophođenja prema kupcima.
The withdrawal rate and speed is very poor.
I placed 2 lots of account balance in to withdraw a couple of days before being verified on the 12/06 and one was paid on the 23/06 but the other withdrawn on the 09/06 remains unpaid. As do the ones for 14/06 and 21/06.
When a withdrawal is paid the date of payment also impacts on the 500 per week withdrawal period which elongates the ability to actually place 500 in withdrawal mode .
The net effect of this is that you are unable to shift your balance into withdrawal mode and even when you eventually can the withdrawal stays reversible until paid out.
I have 4 withdrawals now placed there on the 09/06 14/06 16/06 and 21/06.
I have sent over a dozen courteous e mails and had 1 sole response.
That advised me that payout is linked to seniority, account activity and deposit rate and in fact their stated payout time is 18 business days after verification.
I pointed out the site T and C does not mention this and also says 12 days but no response to that.
Whether 12 or 18 both poor in this day and age and the withdrawal of the 09/06 is overdue on either max time.
The casino aim of course is to bore you into playing any winnings back. Predatory and see through.
I can live with T and C s if I have read them and decided to continue anyway but this isn't the position here.
They have paid out 300 albeit placed into withdrawal a full calendar month ago and whether they will pay the remaining 1000 is unknown as I write so I won't say they are a complete rogue outfit until that is known.
What I would say is that they are quick to take deposits and respond if you're issue is depositing but if it's withdrawal then don't expect to see any money paid out in any appropriate time scale.
Don't bother e mailing their support as they simply don't respond.
I would not recommend TIV if you wish to have a reasonable chance of being paid either at all or certainly in any acceptable time frame.
Update 09/07
The earliest withdrawal is now 19 business days past verification and the next one 17 days.
26 e mails sent and 1 inadequate response weeks ago and nothing since.
This is a genuine review by one of many dissatisfied customers.
Update 10/07
The manager has now sent 2 emails.
The one yesterday advised that spam and negative e mails were impacting on the staff and one today advising me that they are within the payout protocol as per their T and C and outlining additional conditions that are not contained in their extensive T and C rules.
Suffice to say I interpret 'spam and negativity ' as stop asking for money which is overdue, we simply like deposits not having to pay out. Some of my e mails were a little facetious but not profane or rude and many others simply asked when the payouts would be made.
My response to the 2nd email was to apply their T and C s against the date of verification and withdrawal requests pointing out all 4 now are at the max stated payout date and in fact all beyond.
No response to that and withdrawals x 4 still showing as reversible so .. well nothing has changed.
Difficult to understand a company who wants to present an aura of legitimacy but acts like many of the true rogues in the murky world of online slots.
If anything ever gets paid I shall conclude the review and if it is not in a reasonable time frame from today we can make our own minds up as to whether this is an acceptable way to treat customers.
