U početku je sve bilo u redu. To je ako nastaviš da gubiš. Onda je probno podizanje (100€) dobro funkcionisalo, sve je završeno za sat vremena. Zatim ponovo depozit, sve je hladno. Zatim, povlačenje 300€..
A onda su pokazali pravo lice..
Tokom prva 24 sata, (ponovo sam čekao kompletnu transakciju u roku od 1 sata kao prvi i poslednji put), rečeno mi je da ponekad može potrajati 48 sati i ako povlačenje nije završeno, da treba da razgovaram sa njima da ubrzam stvari. Tokom naredna 24 sata, rečeno mi je da ne brinem, ponekad je potrebno malo duže. 3 ili 4 dana nakon pobede, oni su iznenada otkazali moje povlačenje, bez ikakvog obaveštenja.
Kada sam došao do njih, rekli su mi neke gluposti o tome da moram da proverim kod provajdera da li je igra fer i slično. Kada sam ih pitao koji provajder i šta znači "poštena igra" sve što sam dobio su bili nejasni jadni izgovori. Podsetimo, pobeda od 300€ nije bila iz jedne utakmice. Bilo je malo ali odavde i tamo. Sve ovo u njihovom ćaskanju 24/7.
Kada sam poslao podršku e-poštom, rekli su mi isti jadni izgovori za proveru kod provajdera (??) i to obično traje oko 14 dana (sada 7), ali da li je u nekim slučajevima potrebno duže (da bih uradio šta?). Novac je još uvek na mom računu, ali ne mogu da ih povučem, beskorisni su mi jer neću ponovo da igram sa njima
At first everything was fine. That is if you keep on losing. Then, a trial withdrawal (100€) worked fine like a charm, everything was completed within a hour. Then a deposit again, everything cool. Then, a withdrawal of 300€..
And then they showed the real face..
During the first 24hrs,(i was waiting again for a complete transaction within 1 hr like the first-and last time), i was told that sometimes it could take 48 hrs and if the withdrawal wasn't completed, that i should talk to them to speed things up. During the next 24hrs, i was told not to worry, sometimes it takes a little longer. 3 or 4 days after the win, suddenly my withdrawal has been cancelled by them, without any notification.
When I reached to them, they told me some nonsense about having to check with the provider if the game was fair and stuff. When i asked them which provider and what did the mean with "fair game" all i got was vague lame excuses. Reminder, that the 300€ win was not from one game. It was a little but from here and there. All these in the 24/7 chat of theirs.
When i e-mailed support, i was told the same lame excuses about checking with the provider (??) and that usually takes about 14 days (now 7) but is some cases it takes longer (to do what?).Money is still on my account, but i cannot withdraw them, they are useless to me since i'm not gonna play to them again
