I've played in this casino for over a year now. The last month only I've played over 2.000 euros . I've withdrawn here and there like 100 euros or something and they made it soo difficult to get my money back. I've verified my account and they kept emailing me to still verify it again and again .. proof of cards and so and so. Now after I lost over 2.000 euros in this casino ...I withdrew 100 euros...they emailed me 5-6 times to verify my cards and I did every time. I send them both sides exactly as they asked. And they still don't accept it. And that's not it. ... I try to load their page. And it's not working....idk if it's not working for me or in general but it's not working exactly after I lost that much and I tried to withdraw 100 euros back .. I don't even got my money back I just tried to get the 100 back really. And they still don't give me that much. From my point of view they are a scam and nothing more. I didn't play much ...but when I did. I lost all and when I tried to withdraw 100 their page suddenly doesn't even work ...I don't have help from anywhere....their page is this black thing that doesn't load. The email they sent me is this automatic bot that requests more proof of identity and I cannot find anything to help me really. .
