Verifikovao sam svoj nalog i stalno su mi slali e-poštu da ga i dalje verifikuju iznova i iznova.. dokaz o karticama i tako i tako. Sada nakon što sam izgubio preko 2.000 evra u ovom kazinu ...povukao sam 100 evra...poslali su mi e-mail 5-6 puta da verifikuju svoje kartice i svaki put sam to uradio. Šaljem im obe strane tačno kako su tražili. A oni to i dalje ne prihvataju. I to nije to. ... Pokušavam da učitam njihovu stranicu. I ne radi....idk ako ne radi za mene ili generalno, ali ne radi tačno nakon što sam izgubio toliko i pokušao da podignem 100 evra nazad.. Nisam čak ni dobio novac nazad samo sam pokušao da se stvarno vrati 100. I još mi ne daju toliko. Sa moje tačke gledišta, oni su prevara i ništa više. Nisam mnogo igrao ...ali kada jesam. Sve sam izgubio i kada sam pokušao da povučem 100 njihova stranica odjednom ne radi...nemam pomoć niotkuda....njihova stranica je ova crna stvar koja se ne učitava. Imejl koji su mi poslali je ovaj automatski bot koji traži još dokaza identiteta i ne mogu da nađem ništa što bi mi zaista pomoglo. .

Now after I lost over 2.000 euros in this casino ...I withdrew 100 euros...they emailed me 5-6 times to verify my cards and I did every time. I send them both sides exactly as they asked. And they still don't accept it. And that's not it. ... I try to load their page. And it's not working....idk if it's not working for me or in general but it's not working exactly after I lost that much and I tried to withdraw 100 euros back .. I don't even got my money back I just tried to get the 100 back really. And they still don't give me that much. From my point of view they are a scam and nothing more. I didn't play much ...but when I did. I lost all and when I tried to withdraw 100 their page suddenly doesn't even work ...I don't have help from anywhere....their page is this black thing that doesn't load. The email they sent me is this automatic bot that requests more proof of identity and I cannot find anything to help me really. .
