Withdrawal requests will be processed by the Finance Department within 3 (three) working days of the request being submitted and/or 3 (three) working days of the last withdrawal request being paid out, provided that all other conditions are met and the checks are completed as described in the Terms and Conditions. The Finance Department staff will process withdrawal requests from Monday to Friday between 6am and 5pm GMT. You confirm that you are familiar with and agree to the withdrawal schedule. Once the Finance Department has processed the withdrawal request, any further delays in processing payments are no longer the responsibility of the company.
