Po dolasku na sledeći nivo u VIP programu nisam dobio nagrade, možda se pitate zašto, ha?
Nakon što sam napravio nekoliko povlačenja tokom mog boravka u Pinu (1 godina), bio sam isključen - bez najave - iz svih bonusa, dnevnog povrata novca, pa ČAK i VIP programa.
Iako sam koristio samo 1 bonus kod u proteklom mjesecu (koji je bio dio VIP programa).
Za nekoga ko pušta samo najnovija izdanja NoLimit City-a (ekstremna volatilnost), stvarno sam razočaran donošenjem odluka menadžmenta.
Zanimljiva činjenica: I ja sam isključen iz svih bonusa i promocija u njihovom sestrinskom kazinu.

Upon reaching the next level in the VIP Program I didn't receive the rewards, you may wonder why, huh?
After making several withdrawals throughout my time at Pino (1 year), I've been excluded -without notice mind you- from all bonuses, the daily cashback, and EVEN the VIP program.
Even though I used only 1 bonus code in the past month (which was part of the VIP program).
For someone that plays only the newest releases by NoLimit City (volatility extreme), I'm really disappointed by the decision-making of the management staff.
Fun fact: I've been excluded from all bonuses and promos at their sister casino as well.
