Seems like there is a pattern of difficulty to verify your account, also agree that the messages from support are not helpful. I contacted support, they told me to write a letter indicating my deposit details, after submitting screen shots, bank statement, gigadat email confirmation. The letter also was rejected, even though they asked me to write this. Talk about running around in circles. I have played at other Hollycorn casinos which were always pretty good, unfortunately, this is a bad apple...
