Na njihovom sajtu kažu da je njihov maksimalni limit povlačenja $2500 i ranije sam dosta redovno deponovao kod njih, sa njima sam nekoliko meseci, nikada nisam poništio plaćanje, moj izabrani metod isplate je bitkoin i uprkos tome što su rekli da uzimaju u obzir kreditni rezultat, definitivno nemaju moj ssn, tako da to nije tačno i stoga nije problem. (Osim što pokazuje kako uopšte nemaju problema da otvoreno lažu čak i govoreći da uzimaju u obzir kreditni rezultat!) U suštini, nema apsolutno nikakvog razloga da ne ispoštuju svoj maksimalni iznos povlačenja od 2500 dolara po zahtevu. Može li mi neko pomoći da ih nateram da podignu moj iznos za povlačenje? Šaljem vam 2 snimka ekrana sajta, 1 prikazuje moj zahtev za povlačenje bitkoina od 2500 dolara, a drugi prikazuje preostali iznos nakon oduzimanja tih 2500 dolara. Takođe vam šaljem e-poruke koje pokazuju kako sam pokušao da rešim ovo, u suštini samo tražim da povećam ovo ograničenje povlačenja tako da mi zapravo ne treba 6 meseci da sve to primim!

I recently won $5986.51 at this site. I've been playing here for a few months & have gotten lucky a few times before, although I had never won over $300 here before. I never had any trouble getting my payouts, everything went very smoothly. Until now. Now that I've won almost $6k, they're now saying that due to "customer level" that considers several "crucial factors", they're only paying me out $300 at a time! It's gonna take 6 months to complete this payout at that pace! I've received a few of the $300 payments, usually once a week. I've made several attempts to resolve this with them, to no avail. On their site they say their max withdrawal limit is $2500 and I've deposited quite regularly with them before, I've been with them several months, I've never reversed a payment, my selected payout method is bitcoin and despite them saying that they take credit score into consideration, they definitely do not have my ssn, so that's not true and therefore not an issue. (Other than it does show how they have no problem at all blatantly lying by even saying they take credit score into account!) Basically, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever for them to not honor their max withdrawal amount of $2500 per request. Can someone please help me get them to raise my withdrawal amount? I'm sending u 2 screenshots of the site, 1 is showing my $2500 bitcoin withdrawal request, the other is showing the remaining balance after subtracting that $2500. I'm also sending u the emails showing how I did try to resolve this, basically just asking to increase this withdrawal limit so that it doesn't actually take me 6 months to receive it all!

„All payouts from Red Dog Casino are limited to $2,500 per transaction. This limit can be adjusted by the Casino, according to the Customer Level, or as per a mutual agreement with the Customer’s VIP host.
The large payments may be divided into smaller units and paid out, according to the Casino’s payout limits, and the Player’s current Customer Level."

Do sada sam dobio 4 isplate u vezi sa ovom pobedom. Svaka isplata je iznosila 300 dolara na ove datume; 9/5, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22 za ukupno 1200 dolara. Što ostavlja saldo od 4786 dolara. Obavestili su me da treba da očekujem još 300 dolara uplata negde u naredna 24 sata, što bi onda ostavilo saldo od 4486 dolara. Tražio sam kazino domaćina u nadi da ću pomoći da se ovo reši, kada sam nazvao, rečeno mi je da se SVI smatraju „kazino domaćinima", da su svi tu da mi pomognu. Zatim me je stavio na čekanje da razgovaram sa svojim menadžerom o podizanju iznosa moje isplate i rečeno mu je da to ne mogu da urade i da kontaktiraju naplatu putem e-pošte. Već sam kontaktirao naplatu putem e-pošte i gospođa Jenni je bila ta koja me je uputila da tražim domaćina! Prosleđujem vam mejlove između Jenni (odeljenje za obračun) i mene. Svaka pomoć u prikupljanju ovih iznosa isplate bila bi veoma cenjena! Hvala vam!
I've received 4 payouts so far regarding this win. Each payout was for $300 on these dates; 9/5, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22 for a total of $1200. Which leaves a balance of $4786. They have informed me that I should expect another $300 payment sometime within the next 24 hrs, which would then leave a balance of $4486. I've asked for a casino host in the hopes of helping resolve this, when I called, I was told that they're ALL considered "casino host", that they're all there to help me. He then put me on hold to speak to his manager about raising my payout amount and was told that they could not do it and to contact billing through email. I had already contacted billing through email and the lady, Jenny, was the one who directed me to ask for a host! I'm forwarding you the emails between Jenny (billing department) and myself. Any help in getting these payout amounts raised would be so greatly appreciated! Thank you!

4. Trajanje i ishod igranja. (Šta to uopšte znači? Naravno da bih želeo da svi traju što duže i želeo bih da pobedim! Dakle, razočaran sam i trajanjem i ishodom sesija igranja, možda su nameštene? ?? Bez obzira, kakve to veze ima sa ograničavanjem mojih isplata na niskih 300 USD???)
5. Učestalost opklada. (Opet... šta ovo znači u vezi sa isplatama? Koliko često licitiram? Pa... dok novac ne ponestane ili ne izgubim! Nije li to poenta? Bez obzira na to, još jedan NEvažeći izgovor.)
6. Usvojene metode isplate. (Pa, sačekajte malo ovde.... zar ONI ne određuju koji metod isplate će koristiti? Zato što ZNAM da JASNO kaže da oni možda neće koristiti traženi metod, tako da je način isplate na NjIMA, ne JA! Ako 5hei ne želi da isplatu putem bitkoina, to je u redu sa mnom! Opet, JOŠ JEDAN nevažeći izgovor za ograničavanje isplata!)
7. Učestalost poništavanja isplata. (Zapravo sam ranije podneo isplatu, a onda je otkazao i vratio im je. Dakle, da li će mi to ozbiljno zameriti? Da umesto da mi plate za pobedu, ja sam glupo prokockao to odmah njima tako da su oni Morao sam da ga zadržim i nisam morao ništa da mi isplati. Ako je ovo zapravo razlog za ograničavanje iznosa isplata, to je zaista užasno loša poslovna praksa. Da klijenti mogu biti ukoreni što potencijalni dobici troše sa njima umesto da isplate . Obično je svrha poslovanja da zaradi novac. Bez obzira na to, ovo je smešan izgovor! Samo ZAŠTO bi ih poništavanje isplate navelo da opominju kupce? Možda oni zapravo podrazumevaju poništavanje plaćanja, umesto isplata? Zato što bi to imalo mnogo smisla , ali poništavanje isplata nema smisla!)
8. Trajanje članstva. (Pa, bio sam DEPOZITNI član OVOG kazina od aprila 2022. Ali bio sam član nekih drugih kazina sa kojima su oni povezani pre nego što sam se pridružio Red Dogu.)
Samo sam želeo da lako imaš pri ruci sva pobijanja njihovih izgovora. Ne verujem da BILO KOJI od tih razloga nije primenljiv niti opravdava ograničavanje mojih isplata na samo 300 USD. Čak i drugi sajtovi sa kojima su povezani imaju VIŠA ograničenja! Najmanji limit (pre Red Doga) bio je Aussie Plai Casino i njihov limit je bio 400 dolara! Ali osećam da NEMA opravdanog razloga da mi ne dozvolite da povučem 2500 dolara po zahtevu za koji ONI navode da je njihov limit. Gledajući druge recenzije, čini se sasvim očiglednim da NIKAD NIKOME VOLjNO nisu dozvolili da IKADA povuče svoj maksimalni limit od 2500 dolara. Zamolio bih ih da samo imenuju JEDNU osobu kojoj su isplatili 2500$ po JEDNOM legitimnom zahtevu! Osećam da moraju imati razlog (verovatno pravni razlog, možda koji se odnosi na licenciranje) zašto moraju da navedu maksimalan iznos isplate od 2500 dolara iako nikada nisu imali nameru da ikada ispune taj iznos po jednom zahtevu.
I want to include spreadsheets I made of the deposits I submitted to Red Dog Casino. I got the information straight from my account history, so they can compare everything to their own records, as it will match, due to the fact I obtained this information from their records. The purpose to include my deposit transactions is because their blanket excuse for subjecting me to such a low payout amount is;
1. Credit scores. (They have no way of knowing my credit score. My ssn was never given to them.)
2. Deposit type and frequency. (This is why I'm submitting this additional information. As you will see this is also not a valid excuse.)
3. Customers reputation with Red Dog Casino as well as others. (I've NEVER gotten into any type of altercation or caused any trouble. I have also spent time/money at other casinos they are associated with. I can only hope they ask for deposit transactions from them so that it can become even more obvious how INvalid this excuse is as well. If my "reputation" isn't stellar, I would definitely want to know why! With proof.)
4. Duration and outcome of gaming sessions. (What does that even mean? Of course I'd want them all to last as long as possible and I'd want to win! So, I'm also disappointed with the Duration and outcome of gaming sessions, maybe they are rigged??? Regardless, what does that have to do with limiting my payouts to a low $300???)
5. Wager frequency. (Again...what does this mean in regards to payouts? How often I'm bidding? Well...till the money runs out or I lose! Isn't that the point? Regardless, another INvalid excuse.)
6. Adopted payout methods. (Well, wait a second here....don't THEY determine which payout method they're gonna use? Because I KNOW that it CLEARLY states that they may not utilize the method requested, so, the payout method is on THEM, not ME! If 5hey don't want to payout via bitcoin, that's fine with me! Again, ANOTHER INvalid excuse to limit payouts!)
7. The frequency of reversing payouts. (I actually have submitted for a payout before and then canceled it and gave it back to them. So, are they seriously gonna hold that against me? That instead of them paying me for winning, I stupidly gambled it right back to them so they got to keep it and didn't have to pay me out anything. If this is actually a reason to limit payout amounts, it's a really horribly bad business practice. That customers can be reprimanded for spending their potential winnings with them instead of cashing out. Usually the purpose of a business is to make money. Regardless, this is a ridiculous excuse! Just WHY would reversing a payout cause them to admonish customers? Perhaps they actually mean reversing payMENTS, instead of payOUTS? Because that would make alot of sense, but reversing payOUTS makes zero sense!)
8. Membership duration. (Well, I've been a DEPOSITING member with THIS casino since April 2022. But I've been a member with some of the other casinos they are associated with before I joined Red Dog.)
I just wanted you to have easily on hand all the rebuttals to their excuses. I do not believe that ANY of those reasons apply or justify limiting my payouts to a mere $300. Even the other sites they're associated with have HIGHER limits! The smallest limit (before Red Dog) was Aussie Play Casino and their limit was $400! But I feel there is NO justifiable reason to not allow me to withdraw the $2500 per request that THEY state is their limit. Looking at other reviews, it seems quite obvious that they have NEVER WILLINGLY allowed ANYONE to EVER withdraw their max limit of $2500. I would actually ask them to just name ONE person that they've paid out $2500 per ONE legitimate request! I feel they must have a reason (probably a legal reason, perhaps pertaining to licensing) for why they have to state a max payout amount of $2500 although they've never had any intention of ever following through with that amount per single request.

My payout plan has been reviewed and my max payout amount per request was increased to my satisfaction. I'm hoping that I'll continue to receive this new amount with each payout request. I understand this to be my new payout "PLAN" and not just a one time payment, even with this higher amount, it'll still be about 4 more weeks until I've completely collected on my winnings. That sure beats the 26 weeks I was originally looking at!
