I can assure you that had the balance still been available, we would have intervened to assist you. I completely understand how disheartening it can be when payments are delayed or when technical issues arise, but it's important to resist the urge to play with the balance once it's returned to your casino account.
For future reference, should a similar issue arise again, I recommend submitting a complaint to us as soon as you notice the problem. This would allow us to step in while the balance is still available and possibly help resolve the matter more effectively.
