Prvobitno povlačenje za 3800 je bilo 15. januara. Otkazao sam to zbog e-pošte i izvršio povlačenje 1000 16. januara.
moj račun je i dalje imao stotine više kada je zatvoren. Takođe je došlo do problema sa igrom na polovini mojih besplatnih okretaja gde sam imao 400 otprilike pre nego što je igra preusmerena na početni ekran RichardCasina, a da ništa nije bilo izabrano za to. Dva dana kasnije su konačno popravili igru i nije krenula tamo gde sam je ostavio i dobitak je nestao. Ovo se razmatralo u isto vreme kada su mi zatvorili nalog.
Ovo mi je očigledno izazvalo stres i frustraciju, pa su sve zajedno zatvorili jer su smatrali da igranje onlajn pokija negativno utiče na moj život. Igre itd. nisu bile ni najmanje problem, već su stvarno rukovanje i interakcije e-pošte/pomoćnika za ćaskanje koje sam imao koje su uzimale mentalni danak na mene. Nakon prvobitne e-pošte koja me je izmanipulisala da promenim povlačenje, onlajn ćaskanja su rekli da ih drži njihov dobavljač plaćanja, a zatim bi sledeći rekao da to drži moja banka. Kontaktirao sam banku i nije na njihovoj strani.
Bio sam potpuno verifikovani član.
ovo je bio moj prvi pokušaj da se povučem iz ovog kazina.

The original withdrawal for 3800 was on 15th Jan. I cancelled that due to the email and made the 1000 withdrawal on the 16th Jan.
my account still had hundreds more in it when closed. Also there was a game issue halfway through my free spins where I had on 400 roughly before the game redirected to RichardCasino Home Screen without anything being selected to do so. Two days later they finally fixed the game and it didn’t take off where I left it and the winnings were gone. This was being looked into at same time they shut my account.
This obviously caused me some stress and frustration everything together so they ended up closing it because they felt that playing online pokies was having a negative effect on my life. The games etc were not the issue in slightest it was the actual handling and emails/chat assistant interactions I was having that were taking the mental toll on me. After original email that manipulated me into changing withdrawal the online chats said that it was their payment provider holding it up and then the next would say it’s my bank holding it up. I have contacted bank and it is not on their side.
