Tokom faze registracije, cilj nam je da proces bude što je moguće glatkiji i da ne zahtevamo nikakvu dokumentaciju. Međutim, kada je reč o povlačenju, moramo da se pridržavamo KIC (Knov Iour Customer) procedure da bismo obezbedili bezbednost i integritet naše platforme.
Izvinjavam se zbog neprijatnosti izazvanih ponovljenim zahtevima za dokumentaciju. Želeo bih da razjasnim da naš tim za upravljanje rizicima nije odobrio ID koji ste naveli i ljubazno vas molimo za saradnju u pružanju ispravne identifikacije.
Pored toga, želeo sam da vas obavestim da je zahtev za povlačenje koji ste pokrenuli otkazan sa vaše strane. Igrali ste i nažalost izgubili, i do sada nema otvorenih, aktivnih ili tekućih zahteva za povlačenje.
