Dok smo proverili vaš nalog, možemo videti vaš zahtev za povlačenje:-
- 25. marta Pokušana su dva povlačenja koja su obrađena i poslata sa naše strane 29. marta.
- Pokušaj povlačenja 27. marta obrađen je i poslat sa naše strane 31. marta.
- Pokušaj povlačenja od 1. aprila je obrađen i poslat sa naše strane 5. aprila.
- 4. aprila su pokušana dva povlačenja, a 8. aprila oba su otkazana sa strane igrača.

Želimo da vas obavestimo da je naš cilj da obradimo zahteve za povlačenje u roku od 3 radna dana, od sledećeg dana kada je zahtev podnet, ili od dana poslednjeg obrađenog povlačenja.
Imajte na umu da ovaj vremenski okvir ne uključuje vikende i državne praznike. Status vašeg povlačenja biće ažuriran u istoriji vašeg stanja kada bude obrađen.
Pored toga, imajte na umu da će u slučaju da odlučite da opozovete postojeće povlačenje na čekanju, proces povlačenja ponovo započeti.

As we checked your account we can see your withdrawal request :-
- 25th March two withdrawals were attempted and they were processed and sent from our side on 29th March.
- 27th March withdrawal attempted was processed and sent from our side on 31st March.
- 1st April withdrawal attempted was processed and sent from our side on 5th April.
- 4th April two withdrawals were attempted and on 8th April both were cancelled from the players side.
- 6th April withdrawals attempted was cancelled from the players side on 7th April.

We would like to inform you that we aim to process withdrawal requests within 3 business days, from the next day that the request was made, or from the day of the last processed withdrawal.
Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. The status of your withdrawal will be updated in your balance history once it has been processed.
In addition, bear in mind that in case you decide to revoke an existing pending withdrawal, the withdrawal process will recommence.
