Podneo sam zahtev da povučem svoj dobitak u iznosu od 3000 dolara 4. aprila 2025. u 11:00 po istočnom standardnom vremenu.
Čekalo se nekoliko sati, a zatim je prešlo na obradu. Zatim sam kontaktirao podršku i oni su me obavestili da je moje povlačenje odobreno.
Sledećeg dana, 04.05.2025, primio sam e-poštu u kojoj se navodi da moram da dostavim kic dokumente koji su kopija mog identiteta i dokaz adrese koju sam brzo poslao e-poštom i dostavio.
Tada su me obavestili da im je potrebno više vremena da verifikuju moje dokumente koji su samo licenca i moj bankovni izvod koji sadrži moju adresu.
Nekoliko e-poruka napred i nazad i oni su me obavestili da su eskalirali problem odgovarajućem timu sa malo ili nimalo sreće u verifikovanju mojih dokumenata radi obrade mog povlačenja.
Rekavši da me je njihova podrška već obavestila da je moje povlačenje odobreno. Ranije sam imao isplate sa roial reels casina koji su odobreni i obrađeni za nekoliko sati, a novac je poslat na moj račun u roku od dan ili dva.
Ali ovog puta, oni nastavljaju da odlažu sa ovom taktikom odlaganja KIC da ne isplate moj dobitak.
Poznajem druge dugogodišnje članove poput mene koji su primili svoje dobitke istog dana i znam članove koji su predali povlačenja i primili svoje dobitke nakon mene.
Verujem da je ovo pogrešno, posebno sa uglednog i legitimnog sajta kao što je roial reels. Nisam uradio ništa loše i verujem da sam obezbedio sve što je potrebno za verifikaciju.
I submitted a request to withdraw my winnings for the amount of $3000 on the 4th of April 2025 at 11am AEST.
It was pending for a few hours, then changed to processing. I then contacted support and they advised that my withdrawal has been approved.
The next day on the 05/04/2025 I received an email stating I need to provide kyc documents which were a copy of my identity and proof of address which I quickly emailed back and provided.
They then advised me that they require more time to verify my documents which are only a license and my bank statement which contains my address on it.
Several emails back and forth and they advised me that they have escalated the issue to the appropriate team with little to no luck in having my documents verified to process my withdrawal.
In saying that their support has already advised me that my withdrawal was approved. I have had withdrawals in the past with royal reels casino which were approved and processed in a few hours and have had the money sent to my account within a day or two.
But this time round, they keep delaying it with this KYC delay tactic to not pay my winnings.
I know other long time members like myself who have received their winnings the same day and I know members that submitted withdrawals and received their winnings after me.
I believe this is wrong especially from a reputable and legitimate site like royal reels. I have not done anything wrong and believe I have provided everything needed for verification.
