Nažalost, ako ste zatražili povlačenje na netačan ili nepostojeći bankovni račun, može proći nekoliko radnih dana da se transakcija vrati originalnom pošiljaocu (kazino u ovom slučaju). Štaviše, siguran sam da razumete da ovo nije greška kazina jer su oni jednostavno obradili transakciju na bankovni račun koji ste lično odabrali.
Možete li da pojasnite kada ste tačno tražili ovo povlačenje i zašto ste pokušali da podignete sredstva na već zatvoreni bankovni račun?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Unfortunately, if you requested a withdrawal to an incorrect or nonexisting bank account, it can take a few business days for the transaction to be returned back to the original sender (the casino in this case). Furthermore, I am sure you understand that this is not the casino's mistake as they simply processed the transaction to the bank account you personally chose.
Could you please clarify when exactly you requested this withdrawal and why you tried to withdraw funds to an already closed bank account?
