Napravio sam nalog 26.12.23. i verujem da je to bio isti dan kada su tražili da pošaljem uplatu da verifikujem svoj nalog.

Poslednji put kada sam razgovarao sa kazinom bilo je putem ćaskanja i to je bilo 1/5/24, i kontaktirao sam ih da saznam zašto još nisam uplaćen jer je prošlo tačno 10 dana od kada sam podneo zahtev za povlačenje. Tada su me zamolili da verifikujem svoju bitkoin adresu na koju sam dao da mi je pošaljem. Onda su mi rekli da će moj „slučaj" proslediti odgovarajućem odeljenju, i rekli su mi da im se ponovo obratim za 24 sata da mi to reše.
Nakon toga (24 sata kasnije) nisam mogao da se prijavim.

The last time I spoke to the casino was via chat & that was 1/5/24, & I contacted them to find out why I hadn't been paid yet because it was exactly 10 days since I submitted the withdrawal request. Then they told me they would forward my "case" to the appropriate department, and told me to contact them again in 24 hrs so they could get it resolved for me.
After that (24 hrs later)is when I was unable to log in .
