Prilikom podnošenja zahteva za plaćanje, došlo je do problema sa autentifikacijom zbog veb stranice, jer iz nekog razloga nije ispisala grešku nakon učitavanja dokumenata.
Posle dva meseca, konačno sam uspeo da autentifikujem svoj nalog putem e-pošte. Dobio sam i odgovor na ovo putem mejla. Nakon toga sam podneo zahtev za plaćanje, koji je bio u statusu „U toku" 48 sati. Posle 24 sata, primio sam e-poštu u kojoj se traži da pošaljem dokaz moje adrese. Radio sam ovo nekoliko sati. Poslao sam i dva dokumenta da dokažem adresu.
Posle 48 sati, odbili su moj zahtev za plaćanje i tvrdili da im nisam odgovorio na mejl... Odgovorio sam nekoliko puta i u prozoru za ćaskanje uživo, korisnička služba je rekla da su primili dokument i da ga pregledaju.
Nakon toga su tražili da ponovo podnesem zahtev za plaćanje, što sigurno neće biti problem. Nakon toga, ponovo sam zamoljen mejlom da napravim selfi sa pasošem u ruci. Odmah sam odgovorio i poslao.
Posle 48 sati, primio sam e-poštu u kojoj je pisalo da je moj nalog privremeno blokiran i da je pristup ograničen jer je pod istragom. Tražili su da pošaljem izvod iz banke. Poslao sam traženi dokument.
Od tada sam napisao nekoliko mejlova i nisam dobio odgovor ni na jedan od njih. Svakog blagoslovenog dana kontaktiram korisničku podršku nekoliko puta dnevno u ćaskanju uživo, ali svaki put dobijem isti odgovor i ništa ne kaže: „vaš nalog je još uvek pod istragom, kontaktiraćemo vas uskoro", „molim vas, budite strpljivi" a malo, vraćamo se uskoro."
Oni ne znaju vreme, ne mogu ništa da kažu. Sve ovo pre 3 nedelje.
Veoma sam zbunjen...I jako se plašim da će moj novac biti izgubljen....Ja sam izbeglica iz Ukrajine i živim u Mađarskoj...Nikada se nisam igrao ni sa čim se prevario... Ovo je stvarno od pomoći dao mi je dobri Bog i sada moram da živim od kredita nadajući se da će me u jednom trenutku zaista kontaktirati.

After that, I submitted a payment request, which was in "Progress" status for 48 hours. After 24 hours, I received an email asking me to send proof of my address. I did this for a few hours. I also sent two documents to prove the address.
After 48 hours, they rejected my payment request and claimed that I did not respond to their email.... I responded several times and in the live chat window, the customer service said that they had received the document and were examining it.
After that, they asked me to submit a payment request again, which will surely not be a problem. After that, I was asked again by email to take a selfie with my passport in my hand. I responded immediately and sent it.
After 48 hours, I received an email saying that my account was temporarily blocked and access was restricted because it was under investigation. They asked me to send a bank statement. I sent the requested document.
Since then, I have written several emails and I have not received a reply to any of them. Every blessed day, I contact the customer service several times a day on the live chat, but every time I get the same answer saying nothing: "your account is still under investigation, we will contact you soon", "please be patient" a little bit, we'll be back soon".
They can't tell time, they can't say anything. All this 3 weeks ago.
I am very confused...And I am very afraid that my money will be lost....I am a refugee from Ukraine living in Hungary...I have never played or cheated with anything... This is really a help given by the good God and now I have to live on loans hoping that they will actually contact me at some point.
