Želeo bih da uložim žalbu protiv Shuffle-a zbog problema sa mojim povlačenjem.
Opis situacije:
• 8. januara 2025. zatražio sam povlačenje 844 dolara na svoj račun.
• Uspešno sam završio sve potrebne KIC procedure verifikacije i moji dokumenti su odobreni.
• Prošlo je skoro mesec dana, ali kazino nije obradio moje povlačenje i nije odgovorio na moje upite.
Preduzete radnje:
• Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku kazina, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor ili samo opšte odgovore.
• Sva moja dokumenta su predata i overena i nije bilo dodatnih zahteva za proveru.
• Moj balans ostaje u kazinu, ali povlačenje još uvek nije obrađeno.
Zahtev za pomoć:
Molim vas pomozite mi da rešim ovaj problem. Kazino odlaže moju isplatu bez ikakvog objašnjenja, a ja nisam siguran koje korake da preduzmem dalje.
