I absolutely do not recommend playing on this platform; it's one of the worst I've ever tried. The bonus/VIP system is terrible, transactions are slow, and support either doesn't respond or only replies with a copy-paste message and then stops responding altogether.
I'm sure the casino will block my account after this review.

After 5 months the platform hasn't improved at all, the worst part is its support which only sends copy-pasted messages without providing any help to the user, the rewards system keeps getting worse, I'm sure it's the worst platform right now.

There are quite a few things that need to be said about this site.

They ban users from live chat, live support, and even email support whenever they feel like it, often without giving any proper explanation. Meanwhile, I have personally reported people who have seriously insulted the site owner’s mother, yet those users were not banned.

The VIP Host service is another major issue. They can terminate your VIP Host without providing any reason whatsoever. Bonuses and lossbacks are sometimes not credited, or the requirements/limits are changed arbitrarily.

Every Friday, during the Kick livestreams, there are vulgar, offensive, and sometimes disgusting jokes. Users are exposed to inappropriate content and people appearing half-naked, which is completely unnecessary and unprofessional for a platform like this.

They also still haven't found an effective solution for code and rain bots. On top of that, Airdrop and code requirements have been changed whenever they wanted, leaving users with the feeling that the rules can simply be changed at any time.

To be fair, the site itself is fast, and withdrawals are processed quickly. Those are basically the only major positives I can mention.

I'm saying this as a Ruby 5 user: this site had huge potential. Unfortunately, it seems that once they reached a certain level, they became complacent and stopped caring about user satisfaction.

Every time I received the same message "contact support@......." for me it's really strange because I don't have problems with withdrawals 5k+. and now this happened. so I am really don't understand and really hope that this is some mistake because shuffle really good. so I am waiting for some answer.

Shuffle reserves the right to "check" players, although I also bet on table tennis, cyber games and the like at other casinos and there were no problems at all! After 14 days from my withdrawal request they still have to pay. KYC is correctly done, everything they asked is provided. I went to ask multiple times to customer support agents but the answer is always the same, "the team needs to check manually your KYC".

Edit: the day after this review and a post in the CasinoGuru forum, they paid. I don't know if it's a coincidence, anyway I see a lot of complaints in the last days about the same issue. They delay a lot your withdrawals. Stay safe!
