I have been trying to verify my account for over a month now and it seems they are running me in circles.
The card that i 1st deposited on was damaged and i had to order a new card. They are asking for the old damaged card that I do not have access to anymore.
I have made a new deposit on my new card but they keep asking for old damaged card I do not have access to anymore.
At this point it feels like i have been scammed. I have reached out to support but keep getting the same generic emails back.
