Nažalost, pošto nismo dobili nikakav odgovor od kazina u vezi sa problemom, ne možemo da nastavimo sa rešavanjem ove žalbe i primorani smo da je zatvorimo kao „nerešenu", što će veoma negativno uticati na ocenu kazina.
Međutim, mogu malo da pomognem, bez brige. Prema podacima u našem internom sistemu i recenziji kazina na casino.guru, kazino ima važeće licence za igre na sreću. Dakle, postoji još jedna opcija kako možete pokušati da rešite svoj problem ili ubrzate proces - preporučujem vam da kontaktirate organ za igre na sreću kojim je kazino regulisan (AOFA) i direktno podnesete žalbu regulatoru. However, I can help a bit, no worries. According to the details in our internal system and the casino's review on casino.guru, the casino has valid gaming licenses. So, there is one more option for how you can try to resolve your issue or speed up the process - I recommend you contact the gaming authority the casino is regulated by (AOFA) and submit a complaint directly to the regulator. The casino has a license validator at the bottom of its website, so it should be easy to follow the instructions from the first link I provided. Although I can see they likely also hold a GCB license, unfortunately, this regulator currently does not accept complaints from players.
