Prvo sam kliknuo na vezu za samoisključivanje malo pre datuma na koje se odnosi moja žalba, ali nakon što sam pogledao poslato sanduče e-pošte kada sam slao imejl da zahtevam samoisključivanje, imejl je otišao na „ ' Nemam pojma zašto, ali neću ovo uključiti kao traženje isključenja.
Nastavio sam da igram i shvatio sam da treba da budem isključen i to mi je ponovo stvaralo probleme sa kockanjem, pa sam pogledao poslatu kutiju i shvatio da je nisam poslao na ' ' adresu e-pošte pa sam im na tu adresu poslao imejl sa zahtevom da budem isključen na tri godine.
Ovo je isti imejl koji sam poslao svim sestrinskim sajtovima i uspeo da dobijem brzo isključenje.
međutim moj nalog je i dalje aktivan do danas, imam snimke ekrana na kojima tražim podršku uživo i šaljem svoju novu e-poštu i 25. marta. U ćaskanju uživo mi je rečeno da to moram da uradim putem e-pošte, pa sam im, da bih pokušao da ubrzam proces, prosledio poruku još dva puta 26. marta.
Još uvek nisam zabranjen i od tada sam nastavio mnogo da se kockam. Zahtevam povraćaj od 1,614 evra
imam snimke ekrana svih mojih transakcija sa njima i oduzeo sam koliko sam puta izvršio povlačenje, a imam i snimke ekrana, a iznos čak uključujući i povlačenja koja sam napravio još uvek mi ostavlja 1.614 € van džepa

I firstly clicked on the link to self exclude a little bit before the dates my complaint is about but after looking at my sent email box when sending a email to request self exclusion the email instead went to ‘help@yourwebsite.com’ I have no idea why but I won’t include this as asking for a exclusion.
i carried on playing and realised I should be excluded and it was causing me issues gambling again so I looked at my sent box and realised i hadn’t sent it to the ‘support@slotit.com’ email address so I sent a email to them on that address requesting I be excluded for three years.
This Is the same email I sent to all the sister sites and managed to get a swift exclusion.
however my account is still active to this day, I have screenshots of asking live support and sending my new email both on the 25th March. The live chat told me I had to do it by email, so to try and speed up the process I forwarded the message to them another two times on the 26th March.
I have still not been banned and have continued to gamble a lot since. I’m requesting a refund of €1,614
i have screenshots of all my transactions with them and have deducted the times I have made a withdrawal which I also have screenshots of and the amount even including the withdrawals I have made still leaves me €1,614 out of pocket
