Počeo sam da igram na ovom takozvanom netcasinu pre mesec dana. Deponovao sam preko 4000 € i napravio nekoliko vihdrvala (ukupna suma 1150 €). Nema velikog problema.
Pre nedelju dana počela je noćna mora.
Deponovao sam prošlog petka nekoliko puta na svoj kazino račun i ukupna suma depozita je bila 1250€. Kada sam napravio svoj poslednji depozit od 200 €, stanje na kazino računu je bilo 0 €. Nisam koristio nikakve bonuse.
Počeo sam da dobijam sa ovim poslednjim depozitom i igrao sam nekoliko sati. Stanje na računu je bilo +11500€ kada sam prestao. Sledećeg dana kada sam proverio stanje na kazino računu bilo je 2000€!. Primetio sam da su izvršili ručni transfer sa mog računa, preko 9500€!.
Služba za korisnike uživo (četovanje) mi je rekla da je transfer napravljen jer sam igrao protiv njihovih bonus pravila sa opkladama od preko 5€. Kao ljubazni gest ostavili su 2000€ na moj račun. Bonus je bio reloadbonus (50% do 300).
Pokušao sam da objasnim da prekršaj za koji me optužuju ne može biti tačan jer nisam koristio nikakav reloadbonus. Služba za korisnike nije ovo ignorisala i samo su odgovorili da sam prekršio njihova pravila.
Posle razgovora u ćaskanju otišao sam da proverim svoje bonuse. Bilo je oznaka da sam dobio 50% bonusa za ponovno učitavanje u 17.02?!? Ovo ne može biti tačno jer je poslednji depozit koji sam napravio ujutru i suma je bila 200€!
Ostavio sam im žalbu sa prilozima. Još nema odgovora.
Takođe sam ostavio žalbu Curacao eGaming-u.
Kako ovakav operater može da postoji i da ima licencu za igre?. Igrao sam više od 20 godina na netcasinos-u i nikada nisam sreo ništa slično ovome.

I started to played on this so called netcasino a month ago. I have deposited over 4000 € and made few wihdrwals (total sum 1150€). No big problem.
Week ago started nightmare.
I deposited last friday several time in my casinoaccount and total deposit sum was 1250€. When I made my last 200€ deposit my casinoaccount balance was 0€. I did not use any bonuses.
I started to win with this last deposit and played several hours. Accounts balance was + 11500€ when I stoped. Next day when I checked my casinoaccount balance was 2000€!. I noticed that they had made manual transfer from my account, over 9500€!.
Live customerservice (chat) told me that transfer were made because I had played against they bonus rules with over 5€ bets. As a kind gesture they left 2000€ to my account.Bonus was reloadbonus (50 % up to 300).
I tried to explained that violation that they accuse me can not be correct because I did not used any reloadbonus. Customer service did not agnore this and only respond from them was that I broke their rules.
After chatdiscussion I went to check my bonuses. There were marking that I had received 17.02pm 50% reload bonus?!? This can not be true because last deposit that I made was in the morning and the sum was 200€!
I have left complaint with attachments to them. No response yet.
I also left complaint to Curacao eGaming.
How this kind of operator can exists and they have gaming license?. I have played over 20 years on netcasinos and never met nothing liike this.
