Odmah sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku da im kažem gde je greška i da im objasnim da mora da nešto nije u redu sa njihovom veb-stranicom jer je jedino što se od mene tražilo prilikom registracije bila samo adresa e-pošte i broj mobilnog telefona. Korisnička služba me je zamolila da ponovo dostavim dokumente i bankovne izvode na prvi depozit kako bi ispravila grešku, što sam i uradio. Nakon toga bi mi se javili kada bi to bilo popravljeno.
Sledećeg dana primetim da više ne mogu da se prijavim u kazino jer su mi suspendovali nalog i optužili me za prevaru što uopšte nije tačno jer je greška na njihovoj veb stranici. I have also sent in a video where I register as a new customer on a casino website that had the exact same error and the same error appeared on the profile page but they do not want to answer me.
I have proof behind me but they choose to brush it off and choose to stop answering me.
