Suočavam se sa problemom sa slotspalace.com, bio sam redovan kupac, imao sam kratku pauzu, manje od mesec dana, vratio se 1/1 i uspeo sam da zaradim nešto novca, bez obzira na ukupan iznos koji je bio 2k i ja nije bio dovoljno pametan da ih zadrži i jeste ih otkazao i protraćio. Imam povlačenje na čekanju od 19/1 od 300 € u kojem korisnička podrška ne kaže mnogo osim molim sačekajte i nemam ideja zašto je odloženo.
Odgovori na moguća pitanja koja sam pogledao iz peticija drugih korisnika.
Moj nalog ne zahteva KIC kao što tvrdi korisnička podrška.
Nema bonusa gde se traži, sve gde je moj novac.
Da, povlačio sam se u prošlosti previše puta, preko 20 hiljada ulaza i isplata.
Poslednje povlačenje je bilo 25/9/24, bio je u nizu poraza nakon toga do sada.
Sva povlačenja i uplate se vrše putem kreditne kartice sa istom karticom.

i' m facing an issue with slotspalace.com, i was a regular customer, had a short break, less than a month, came back on 1/1 and managed to earn some cash, never mind the total amount which was 2k and i was not smart enough to keep them and did cancel them and wasted them i have a pending withdraw since 19/1 of 300 € in which customer support doesn't say much other than please wait and i have no idea why it's delayed.

Yes i had withdraw in the past way too many times, over 20k in and out.
Last withdraw was 25/9/24, was on a lose streak after that till now.
