Od prošlog utorka tražim povraćaj novca od Smokace kazina, registrovao sam se i deponovao 25 EUR sa Litecoin-om na servis i pretpostavio sam da ću dobiti ceo iznos, umesto toga dobio sam 24,80 EUR zbog skrivenih naknada koje nisu navedene u depozitu proces.
Zatim sam zatražio od podrške da mi nadoknadi naknadu od 0,20 evra, ali su oni odbili, pa sam zatražio povraćaj, njihova podrška me je zamolila da pošaljem e-poštu na KIC@Smokace.com u vezi povraćaja, poslao sam im e-poštu i dobio odgovor u vezi sa povraćajem, i pitali su me da li želim da nastavim.
Pristao sam i ljubazno ih zamolio da razmotre odustajanje od naknade za povraćaj od 15% kao jednokratni izuzetak zbog neotkrivene naknade.
U ovom periodu, moj nalog je suspendovan zbog „Problema sa kockanjem".
Štaviše, nisu mi se javili od 21.11.
I've been pursuing a refund from Smokace Casino since last Tuesday, I registered and deposited 25 EUR with Litecoin to the service and I assumed I would be getting the full amount, instead I got 24.80 EUR because of hidden fees not mentioned in the deposit process.
I then asked support to compensate me for the 0.20 EUR fee but they refused, so I asked for a refund, their support asked me to email KYC@Smokace.com about the refund, Well I emailed them and got a response regarding the refund, and they asked if I wanted to proceed.
I agreed and kindly asked them to consider waiving the 15% refund fee as a one-time exception due to the undisclosed fee.
In this period, my account has been suspended due to "Problem Gambling".
Furthermore, I haven't heard back from them since 21.11.
