Više puta sam pokušavao da kontaktiram kazino, ali nisam imao uspeha. Bojim se da se ne može mnogo postići bez saradnje sa njegove strane. Pokušao sam da kontaktiram kazino preko dve različite e-mail adrese i oba puta moje poruke nisu bile isporučene. Označiću žalbu kao „nerešenu" u našem sistemu. Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vaš problem. Međutim, smanjenje rejtinga uzrokovano nerešenim žalbama može pomoći da se promeni pristup kazina. Ako kazino odluči da reaguje, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i bićete obavešteni putem e-pošte. Kazino na svojoj veb stranici navodi da je licenciran od strane PAGCOR-a (Filipinska korporacija za zabavu i igre na sreću), ali nismo bili u mogućnosti da potvrdimo validnost ovoga. Žao mi je što ovom prilikom nisam mogao biti od veće pomoći. Mogu samo da preporučim da proverite recenzije svakog kazina pre nego što se registrujete i da igrate samo u licenciranim i dobro ocenjenim kockarnicama kako biste izbegli ovakva razočarenja u budućnosti.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I have tried to contact the casino via two different e-mail addresses and both times my messages have been undelivered. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. The casino states on its website that it is licensed by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) but we have been unable to verify the validity of this. It could still be worthwhile to send them an e-mail and submit a complaint. They can be contacted here: info@pagcor.ph, please let me know how they respond (michal.k@casino.guru)
I am sorry I could not be of more help on this occasion. I can only recommend checking the reviews of each casino before you sign up and only playing in licensed and good-rated casinos to avoid disappointments like this in the future.
