Kazina imaju svoje vlastite procese za isplatu i postoji mnogo različitih načina kako to upravljaju. Konačno vrijeme obrade ovisi o korištenom načinu plaćanja. U svakom slučaju, ako vam kazino pošalje uplatu, to ne znači da ćete je odmah primiti. Kašnjenja mogu biti uzrokovana raznim problemima (npr. tehničkim), ne samo na strani kazina, već mogu negativno utjecati na konačno vrijeme obrade.
Stoga bih vam bio jako zahvalan ako biste mogli biti strpljivi i pričekati još nekoliko dana.
Ukoliko se nešto promijeni i u međuvremenu primite uplatu, obavijestite nas najkasnije do 22.11.2021.
Ako do tada ne primite uplatu, mi ćemo intervenirati i direktno uključiti predstavnika kazina u raspravu o žalbi.
Thank you very much for you reply and information, I understand your concern. However, as we already mentioned above, we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Casinos have their own processes for withdrawals and there are many different ways how they manage it. The final processing time depends on the payment method that was used. Anyway, if the casino sends you the payment, it does not mean you will receive it immediately at all. Delays can be caused by various issues (e.g. technical), not only at the casino side, but it can negatively impact the final processing time.
Therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if you could be patient and wait a few more days.
Should anything change and you receive your payment in the meantime, please let us know no later than November 22, 2021.
If you do not receive the payment by then, we will intervene and directly involve the casino representative in the complaint discussion.
