The player from Canada had deposited CAD 292.82 (0.097934 ETH) worth of cryptocurrency into his casino account but it never appeared. Despite having provided proof of successful transactions via blockchain, the casino's support team had failed to assist him. After the player had submitted a complaint, the casino eventually added the missing funds to his account. We had confirmed the resolution and marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.
Igrač iz Kanade je deponovao 292,82 CAD (0,097934 ETH) kriptovalute na svoj kazino račun, ali se to nikada nije pojavilo. This is the first time I have felt truly scammed. Do not use this casino. I sent 292.82 CAD (0.097934 ETH) worth of crypto to my wallet. I know the wallet was correct and worked as I had previously deposited to it sucesfully.
After confirmation that my crypto went through, it never showed in my account. I waited an hour plus and still nothing. The money was simply gone. Support provided no help, and seemed to be only bots.
my crypto was stolen. Never credited and lost. I will never ever use this casino. After years of using them, I have never had my money stolen like this.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Zaista, depozit nije knjižen na moj račun. Nisam siguran šta mislite o kontaktiranju provajdera plaćanja, jer je ovo bio kripto (eterijum) depozit za koji mogu da potvrdim da je bio uspešan putem blockchaina.

Indeed, the deposit was not credited to my account. I am unsure what you mean about contacting the payment provider, as this was a crypto (Etherium) deposit that I can confirm via the blockchain was successful.
I can now provide 100% proof and evidence that my deposits were not credited!
Firstly, here is the image showing what Spinanga indicates is my Ethereum wallet code: (0x91fe7d47f85f5e6138c63de826db01c2f66c5fee)
I first made a deposit of 0.038408 ETH and it was successfuly deposited and credited to my ETH wallet above. You can see confirmation here along with the corresponding hashes.
Next I made a deposit of 0.09752 ETH to the same wallet, and confirmed via the blockchain the ETH had entered the same wallet as above, as seen here.
However, the amount was never credited to my profile. I made one last attempt and made a deposit to the ETH wallet of 0.015957 ETH.
Again, it was not reflected in my account. Both of these ETH deposits are in the wallet, as you can see here; meaning the ETH was 100% correctly sent to the correct wallet associated to my account.
This is cut and dry. They should be made to make an explanation of this.
0.09752 + 0.15957 + 0.038408 = 0.15188 as seen above, but I was only ever credited with the 0.09752 ETH in my account, seen here;
I have also the transaction hashes and all the evidence required. Really there is no way out of this. They have the money in my wallet and should be made to release the remaining ETH to my account!
Furthermore, Chat does not provide assistance and logs me out to kick me from chat when I inquire about the issue. I have still not received a single email from them with any explanation or answers.
