Pišem ovde jer me obrazac za povlačenje stalno odjavljuje.
18. juna 2024. tražio sam povlačenje 450 evra. Prema vašoj politici, trebalo bi da prođe 3 dana od zahteva, a to vreme je već prošlo. Kontaktirao sam vas preko ćaskanja oko šest puta i stalno dobijam informacije. Kažu da je moj zahtev u proceduri, da to rešava finansijska služba, da ne brinem jer ću to uskoro imati i da bi to trebalo da bude rešeno do sada. U stvari, dobio sam KIC e-mail i pisao sam im, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor.
Bio bih vam zahvalan ako biste mi pomogli jer mi treba taj novac, koji je s pravom moj.

On June 18, 2024, I requested a withdrawal of 450 euros. According to your policy, it should take 3 days after the request, and that time has already passed. Les escribo por aqui ya que por el formulario de retiros me saca a fuera siempre.
El día 18 de junio de 2024 solicite un retiro de 450 euros, según su política son 3 días después de la solicitud y ya han pasado. Por medio del.chat les he escrito unas 6 veces y me Dan largas de que si esta en curso mi solicitud, que eso lo lleva el departamento financiero, que no me preocupe que en breve lo tendré, que ya debería estar resuelto, de hecho me dieron un mail del KYC y les escribí y no he obtenido ninguna respuesta.
Agradecería que me pudieran ayudar ya que necesito ese dinero que es mío.
