Zdravo, ne, ovo je moje drugo povlačenje iz kazina. Prethodno sam tražio povlačenje 17. decembra 2023. a novac sam dobio 21. decembra 2023. Sve je bilo u redu tokom tog perioda, 3 dana vreme obrade i sledećeg dana 21. novac je bio na mom računu. Trenutna isplata se odvija bez bonus novca - to je čist profit. Hallo, nein das ist meine zweite Auszahlung bei dem Casino ich hatte früher am 17.12.2023 eine Auszahlung beantragt das Geld habe ich am 21.12.2023 bekommen. In dem Zeitraum war alles in Ordnung 3 Tage Bearbeitungszeit und am nächsten Tag also am 21ten war das Geld auf meinem Konto. Die jetzige Auszahlung fand ohne Bonus Geld statt es handelt sich um reinen Gewinn. Das letzte mal hab ich gestern zweimal den Live Chat benutzt, wo mir bei dem ersten Gespräch mitgeteilt wurde das meine Beantragung eine Verzögerung hinweist und mich bis heute geduldigen sollte…. Mit der Antwort war ich etwas stutzig und kontaktierte diesmal das zweite mal den Live Chat, dort wurde mir plötzlich was ganz anderes erzählt das ich mir irgendwie keine Sorgen machen sollte das nach der Anfrage auf geld Abhebung 3 Werktage vergehen soll und ich das Geld heute bekommen sollte… nun ist immernoch nichts eingetroffen an Geld… im Casino selber steht auch die ganze Zeit das lade Symbol bezüglich der Beantragung.
