Please note that Spinanga website indicates processing times of 3-5 business days. I have been attempting to withdraw C$2,250 since February 16th, and as of March 11th I have not received funds.
After repeated follow-ups with support, I have now received multiple copy and paste responses spread across multiple weeks indicating that my withdrawls are being processed, yet as of time of writing funds have not arrived and no pending KYC is available for my account.
Hoping Casinoguru can assist with ensuring players are protected and withdrawls are being processed. I have attached email transcripts of follow-ups with support team indicating the issue is being worked on to no avail.
