So if I had known that you could take action against fraudulent online casinos, I would have done so a long time ago. I'm still not over how this casino treated me. I played here in Nov.2020. Deposited 100 euros, also UNFORTUNATELY took the bonus. But I didn't pay attention. From Wednesday to Saturday I worked my way up to 9,000 (!!!!!) Euros playing live roulette. Of course, I did NOT JUST play the round with 5 euros because I didn't know! And it wasn't shown to me like it is in other online casinos. It is set up in such a way that the bets are then rejected. The bonus turnover that you have to achieve was always displayed to me nicely and so I reached it within a day. I then uploaded my documents and waited for my payouts (a total of 7,500 euros, the remaining 1,500 euros remained on the player account). All of a sudden I go into my account on Saturday evening and there are only 100 euros left in my account. I go to my email and have an email from the online casino that I have violated bonus terms and my winnings have been confiscated. They left me 100 euros as a gesture of goodwill...hahaha! The ground was ripped out from under my feet. For real! I asked in the chat if this was supposed to be a bad joke. No, that's the way it is and there's nothing to discuss about that either, they wrote about it... you have to imagine that. They let me play diligently for 3 days and work so hard up and not even tell me in between that something is going wrong? I then asked them to simply delete my account because I no longer want to have anything to do with the club... But when I see how many players (not only in this casino) got their high winnings, even though they also violated bonus terms...I should have complained sooner! But the casino can check everything and I also know exactly the date and the amount. So that wouldn't be a problem. I hope you can do something there. To this day I think it's a bottomless cheek to let me play for so many days and then suddenly they found a reason not to have to pay me the money. I hope you get in touch and things get resolved! Also wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass man gegen betrügerische Online Casinos vorgehen kann dann hätte ich das schon längst getan. Ich bin nämlich heute noch nicht darüber hinweg wie dieses Casino mich behandelt hat. Ich habe hier im Nov.2020 gespielt. Habe 100 Euro eingezahlt, auch LEIDER den Bonus genommen. Aber ich habe nicht drauf geachtet. Ich habe mich von Mittwoch bis Samstag auf 9.000 (!!!!!) Euro beim live Roulette hoch gearbeitet. Natürlich habe ich NICHT NUR mit 5 Euro die Runde gespielt, weil ich es nicht wusste! Und es wurde mir auch nicht angezeigt so wie es in anderen Online Casinos ist. Da ist das so eingestellt, dass die Einsätze dann abgelehnt werden. Der Bonusumsatz, den man erreichen muss, wurde mir immer schön angezeigt und so hatte ich den innerhalb eines Tages erreicht. Ich habe dann meine Unterlagen hochgeladen und auf meine Auszahlungen (insgesamt 7.500 Euro, die restlichen 1.500 Euro blieben auf dem Spielerkonto) gewartet. Auf einmal gehe ich Samstag Abend in mein Konto und es sind nur noch 100 Euro auf meinem Konto. Ich gehe in meine Emails und habe eine Email vom Online Casino, dass ich gegen Bonusbedingungen verstoßen habe und meine Gewinne beschlagnahmt wurden. Aus Kulanz hat man mir 100 Euro gelassen...hahaha! Mir wurde der Boden unter den Füßen weggerissen. Wirklich! Ich habe im Chat nachgefragt ob das ein schlechter Scherz sein soll. Nein, das ist so und darüber gibt es auch nichts zu diskutieren haben sie geschrieben... das muss man sich mal vorstellen. Man lässt mich über 3 Tage lang fleißig spielen und mich so krass hoch arbeiten und sagt mir nicht mal zwischendurch, dass da was falsch läuft? Ich habe dann darum gebeten, das die mein Konto einfach löschen sollen, weil ich mit dem Verein nichts mehr zu tun haben will... Aber wenn ich jetzt sehe wieviele Spieler (nicht nur in diesem Casino) ihre hohen Gewinne doch bekommen haben, obwohl sie auch gegen Bonusbedingungen verstoßen haben... hätte ich mich mal früher beschwert! Aber das Casino kann ja alles nachgucken und ich weiß auch noch genau das Datum und den Betrag. Also das wäre kein Problem. Ich hoffe man kann da was machen. Ich finde das bis heute eine bodenlose Frechheit mich so viele Tage spielen zu lassen und dann auf einmal haben die doch einen Grund gefunden mir das Geld nicht auszahlen zu müssen. Ich hoffe man meldet sich und die Sache wird geklärt! Vielen Dank!

Thank you for your reply, S777. Since this is quite an old case and you don't have any supporting evidence that could help us proceed with this complaint, I am afraid that our options are very limited.

In general, we are not able to help players who systematically breached the maximum allowed bet. So, if you repeatedly placed bets higher than allowed, we couldn't support you in this case anyway.

If there is any other information that would take us further with this complaint, please let us know, otherwise, I will be forced to reject this complaint. Thank you for your understanding.

And I didn't know that I wasn't allowed to make such big bets because it wasn't set up that way. In other casinos this is set and spinaway lets me play for a good 3 deals. It makes you feel like you're being ripped off... I certainly didn't bet too high with bad intentions. But whatever. topic done. Thanks very much

Und ich wusste nicht, dass ich nicht so hohe Wetten abschließen darf weil es nicht so eingestellt war. In anderen Casinos ist das eingestellt und spinaway lässt mich schön 3 geben lang spielen. I would like to emphasize that our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex. The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

Of course, we would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you breached the maximum bet rule.

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
