Pišem zato što iako još nije prošao maksimalni period za koji kazino kaže da obrađuje isplate, a koji je po njima između 7 i 21 radni dan, ima mnogo znakova koji me navode da nemaju nameru da mi plate i zato želim da ostavim zapis o tome šta se dešava.
U svojim uslovima kažu da se isplate vrše za 24 do 48 sati, ali onda u automatskom četovanju kažu da to traje do 21 dan i ništa ne pojašnjavaju, što me već čini nepoverljivim.
Kontaktirao sam podršku nekoliko puta i dali su mi tri različita e-poruka, jedan je drugi je i poslednji
Pitao sam ih koja je zvanična ili ima razlike između njih, ali nisu mogli da mi odgovore.
U nekoliko razgovora jednostavno su prestali da se javljaju, a ja sam čekao više od 10 minuta ne znajući ništa više.
Zbog toga mislim da oni sve razvlače bez davanja stvarnih rešenja.
Znam da rok za koji kažu nije prošao, ali uz sve ove znakove, mislim da je važno to prijaviti što pre, a ne samo čekati a da ništa ne uradite.
Zamolio bih vas da kontaktirate kazino i zatražite objašnjenje o tome šta se dešava sa mojim povlačenjem.
Takođe bih bio zahvalan ako bi se ova žalba mogla objaviti kako bi drugi igrači bili oprezni.
I ako je moguće, pomozite mi da vratim novac što je pre moguće.

Estoy escribiendo porque aunque todavía no ha pasado el plazo máximo que el casino dice para procesar los retiros que según ellos es entre 7 y 21 días hábiles hay muchos indicios que me hacen pensar que no tienen intención de pagarme y por eso quiero dejar constancia de lo que está pasando
Dicen en sus términos que los retiros se hacen en 24 a 48 horas pero luego en el chat automático dicen que tarda hasta 21 días y no aclaran nada lo cual ya me genera desconfianza
He contactado varias veces con el soporte y me han dado tres correos distintos uno es support@spinsheavensupport.com otro es nicolas@spinsheavensupport.com y el último rei@spinsheavensupport.com
Les pregunté cuál es el oficial o si hay diferencias entre ellos pero no me han sabido responder
En varias conversaciones simplemente dejaron de contestar y me quedé esperando durante más de 10 minutos sin saber nada más
Esto me hace pensar que están alargando todo sin dar soluciones reales
Ya sé que no ha pasado el plazo que ellos dicen pero con todas estas señales creo que es importante reportarlo cuanto antes y no quedarme esperando sin mover nada
Quiero pedir que se contacten con el casino y pidan explicaciones sobre lo que está pasando con mi retiro
