I mostly signed up for casinos based on reviews on your site, as most casinos always have problems with payouts. Signed up at spinsbro - deposited €100 and claimed a 100% bonus. I always read the terms and conditions completely because I've often fallen flat on my face (e.g. deleted credit due to prohibited play etc.) and have strictly followed all the rules. I won a sum of over 2000 euros... requested a withdrawal at 1600 euros. The next day, the disappointment - 1100 were deducted from the balance because you can allegedly only pay out 5* times the bonus at spinsbro. When I asked where that is - reference to a link where it is separately under bonus conditions but not in the terms and conditions. Even if you go under action-bonus-conditions there is nothing like 5 times. After that I didn't accept it but they just don't answer. The verification was annoying afterwards - they even wanted a selfie with ID - the background was the casino's homepage. I see it for the first time too. Got the first 400 euros - and the remaining 100 are on their way. They allegedly took 1100 euros from me with the reason that only 5 times the amount was possible. This is downright fraud - so that the only 400 euros paid out a day is ridiculous, but that you only get 5 times the bonus is fraud. When you make a deposit you can only win 5 times the bonus you received. I see sorry for the first time. Would have been correct if you had pointed that out. Who please pays money with the knowledge that you can only win 5 times the money paid in (if you take a bonus). Very dishonest and fraudulent

Habe meist nach Bewertungen auf eurer Seite mich meist bei Casinos angemeldet, da die meisten Casinos bei Auszahlungen immer Probleme machen. Habe mich bei spinsbro angemeldet- 100 Euro eingezahlt und einen 100 % Bonus in Anspruch genommen. Ich lese mir immer die AGBs komplett durch weil ich oft schon auf die Schnauze gefallen ( zb wegen verbotenes spiel guthaben gelöscht etc) und habe strikt alle Regeln befolgt. Ich habe eine Summe von über 2000 Euro gewonnen… bei 1600 Euro eine Auszahlung beantragt. Am nächsten Tag dann die Enttäuschung- mit wurden 1100 vom Guthaben abgezogen da man bei spinsbro angeblich nur das 5* fache des bonuses auszahlen kann. Auf meine Nachfrage wo das steht - verweis auf einen link wo es gesondert unter Bonusbedingungen steht aber nicht in der AGB. Auch wenn man unter Aktion geht- bonus - Bedingungen steht da nix von 5 fache. Danach habe ich es nicht akzeptiert doch die geben einfach keine Antwort. Die Verifizierung war danach lästig- die wollten sogar ein selfie mit ausweis - hintergrund die homepage des casinos. Sehe Ich auch zum ersten mal. Habe die ersten 400 Euro bekommen- und die restlichen 100 sind auf dem weg. 1100 euro haben die mir angeblich mit dem grund das nur das 5 fache geht weggenommen. Das ist regelrecht betrug- also das die nur 400 euro am tag auszahlen ist ja schon lächerlich aber das man nur 5 fache des bonuses bekommt ist betrug. Wenn man eine Einzahlung tätigt kann man nur das 5 fache des bekommenen bonuses gewinnen. Sehe ich zum ersten mal sorry. Wäre korrekt gewesen wenn ihr darauf hingewiesen hättet. Wer bitte zahlt geld ein- mit dem wissen nur das 5 fache des eingezahlten geldes gewinnen zu können ( wenn man einen bonus in Anspruch nimmt). Sehr unseriös und betrügerisch

The verification took 3-4 days. First you meet all the conditions - and in addition to the usual conditions, you get a few. I have to say the answer always came quickly within 12 hours. It took me 3 days because they always wanted something new - I think I was hoping to gamble away the money. However, it's stupid to keep playing because you can't win any more. The payment then took 2-3 days until it was on the account. Received the second payment today nsch 8 days.

Die Verifizierung hat 3-4 Tage gedauert. Erst erfüllt man alle Bedingungen- und bekommt neben den üblichen Bedingungen paar aufgesetzt. Ich muss sagen die Antwort kam immer schnell binnen 12 stunden. Bei mir hat es 3 Tage gedauert weil sie ständig was neues wollten- ich glaube mit der Hoffnung ich verzock das Geld. Jedoch ist es dumm dan noch weiter zu spielen da man ja mehr eh nicht gewinnen kann. Die Auszahlung hat dann 2-3 Tage gedauert bis es auf dem Konto war. Die Zweite Auszahlung heute nsch 8 Tagen bekommen .

Es gibt so viele Guten casinos, sogar mehr als 5000 euro binnen 24 h ohne Verifizierungs Blockaden auszahlen. Da will man sein glück wo anders versuchen und stößt suf so ein drecksverein.
