Da li ste obavešteni o uzroku kašnjenja? Da li je to interni problem sa kazino sistemom ili je povezan samo sa vašim nalogom? Ne daju nikakav povod, samo da se to procesuira.
Kada ste tražili povlačenje novca iz kazina? Da li je još uvek na čekanju na vašem nalogu? Kada sam imao 5. nivo, bilo mi je odobreno najmanje jedno povlačenje dnevno, ali nakon što sam bio degradiran zbog višestrukih povlačenja morao sam da čekam do 1. marta. Od 1. marta tražio sam ukupno 3 povlačenja i nijedno nije obrađeno.
Iskreno sumnjam da će reagovati pošto sam pročitao nekoliko pritužbi i nisu rešene, uvek govoreći o njihovim uslovima koje oni sami ne poštuju, moja namera je ovde u pisanoj formi da spustim taj indeks bezbednosti jer korisnici mogu da misle da je to pouzdana platforma, a nije.

Have you been informed of the cause of the delay? Is it an internal problem with the casino system or is it related to your account only? They don't give any kind of cause, just that it is being processed.
When did you request withdrawals from the casino? Is it still pending in your account? When I was level 5 I was at least approved for one withdrawal per day but after being downgraded for making multiple withdrawals I had to wait until March 1st. Since March 1st I have requested a total of 3 withdrawals and none have been processed.
I sincerely doubt that they will respond since I have read several complaints and they have not been resolved, always talking about their terms and conditions which they themselves do not comply with, my intention in writing here is basically to lower that security index since users may think that it is a reliable platform and it is not.

¿Te han informado de la causa del retraso? ¿Es un problema interno del sistema del casino o está relacionado únicamente con tu cuenta? No dan ningún tipo de causas solo que se esta procesando
¿Cuándo solicitaste retiros del casino? ¿Aún está pendiente en tu cuenta? Cuando era nivel 5 al menos me aprobaban un retiro al día pero después de bajarme de nivel por realizar varias retiradas tuve que esperar al 1 de marzo, desde el 1 de marzo he solicitado un total de 3 retiras y ninguna ha sido procesada.
Sinceramente dudo que respondan ya que he leído varias quejas y no se han solucionado siempre hablando de sus términos y condiciones las cuales ellos mismo no cumplen, mi intención al escribir aquí es básicamente que bajen ese índice de seguridad ya que los usuarios pueden pensar que es una plataforma confiable y no lo es
