Prvi put sam to pokušao da uradim pre nedelju dana tako što sam postavio referentno pismo banke i svoj platni list u odeljak za verifikaciju svog profila. Zatim je stranica ažurirana 3 dana kasnije, rekavši da moram da pošaljem dva selfija sa ličnim dokumentom, račun za komunalne usluge sa dokazom o uplati i platne liste i bankovne izvode za 3 meseca.
Uradio sam kako je potrebno pre 5 dana, pa čak i obavestio osoblje za podršku o mom slučaju. Trebalo im je više od 72 sata da pregledaju, a zatim odbiju moje dokumente bez da mi navedu razlog zašto i šta konkretno traže.
Juče se odeljak za verifikaciju na mom profilu pojavio potpuno isti kao pre 3 dana, rekavši mi da „pošaljem dva selfija sa ličnim dokumentom, računom za komunalije sa dokazom o uplati i platnim listićima za 3 meseca i bankovnim izvodima". Ne ostavljaju nikakvu belešku o tome šta nedostaje u mojim dokumentima, da li su datoteke u pogrešnom formatu, ili su ih uopšte primile. Učitao sam sve još jednom po potrebi i ne znam kada će i da li će moj slučaj uopšte biti procesuiran.
Čini se da nema dovoljno komunikacije između mene i kic tima. Osoblje za podršku insistira na strpljenju i komuniciranju putem e-pošte " accounts@stake.com ", iako je prošlo više od jednog dana otkako sam tamo poslao e-poštu i još uvek nisam dobio odgovor. Period čekanja između svake njihove kic recenzije je tako dug dok su njihove povratne informacije tako kratke i nejasne.

Then the page updated 3 days later, saying I need to send in two selfies holding my identity document, a utility bill with proof of payment, and 3 months long of payslips and bank statements.
I did as required 5 days ago, and even notified support staff about my case. It took them over 72 hours to review and then reject my documents without giving me any reason why and what particularly are they looking for.
Yesterday, the verification section of my profile appeared exactly the same as 3 days ago, telling me to "send in two selfies holding my identity document, a utility bill with proof of payment, and 3 months long of payslips and bank statements." They don't leave any note about what is missing in my documents, whether the files were in the wrong format, or if they even received the files at all. I uploaded everything one more time as required and don't know when or whether my case will be processed at all.
It seems like there isn't enough communication between me and the kyc team. Support staff insists on being patient and communicate via the email "accounts@stake.com", though it has been over a day since I sent an email there and still yet to receive a reply. The waiting window between each of their kyc reviews is so long while their feedback is so short and unclear.
