Moj nalog za ulog (korisničko ime: r*****) dobio je 6-mesečnu kaznu moderiranja, koju sam u potpunosti ispunio. Međutim, kada sam se obratio timu za podršku za njegovo uklanjanje, moji odgovori su bili pogrešno shvaćeni zbog mog ograničenog engleskog. Kao rezultat toga, pogrešno su pretpostavili da moram ponovo da pokrenem kazneni period i produžili su ga za još 6 meseci.
Ovo je krajnje nepravedno. Nisam prekršio nijedno novo pravilo – postojao je samo problem u komunikaciji zbog mojih jezičkih ograničenja. Već sam čekao prvobitnih 6 meseci i ne bi trebalo da budem ponovo kažnjen za nešto što nije moja greška.
Štaviše, uprkos mojim ponovljenim upitima, tim za podršku nije dao nikakav odgovor više od 10 dana, što samo povećava moju frustraciju. Nedostatak komunikacije i rezolucije je neprihvatljiv.
S poštovanjem molim Casino Gurua da mi pomogne da rešim ovaj problem i da se kazna za moderiranje ukloni ili pravilno pregleda.

My Stake account (username: r*****) received a 6-month moderation penalty, which I fully completed. However, when I reached out to the support team for its removal, my responses were misunderstood due to my limited English. As a result, they wrongly assumed I needed to restart the penalty period and extended it by another 6 months.
This is extremely unfair. I did not break any new rules — there was only a communication issue because of my language limitations. I have already waited the original 6 months and should not be penalized again for something that was not my fault.
Moreover, despite my repeated inquiries, the support team has not provided any response for over 10 days, which only adds to my frustration. The lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable.
I respectfully ask Casino Guru to help me resolve this issue and have the moderation penalty removed or reviewed properly.
