Korisnik je zabranjen jer smo identifikovali jasno kršenje naših uslova i odredbi prema klauzulama 3.2 i 10.6, posebno u vezi sa kreiranjem više naloga i zloupotrebom bonusa na depozit .
3.2 Dozvoljeno vam je da imate samo jedan nalog člana. Dozvoljen je samo jedan nalog za svako domaćinstvo, IP, PC. Ako pokušate da otvorite više od jednog naloga člana, svi nalozi koje pokušate da otvorite mogu biti blokirani ili zatvoreni, a sve opklade mogu biti poništene. Takođe, svi povraćaji, depoziti, dobici ili bonusi koje ste stekli ili akumulirali tokom vremena dok je dupli račun bio aktivan biće oduzeti od vas i mi ih možemo povratiti, a vi ćete nam na zahtev vratiti sva takva sredstva koja su bila povučen sa duplikata računa. Ako želite da otvorite drugi nalog, to možete učiniti tako što ćete kontaktirati naš tim za podršku putem ćaskanja uživo. Ako se otvori novi nalog, stari nalog će biti zatvoren. Ako primetite da imate više od jednog registrovanog člana, morate nas odmah obavestiti. Ako to ne učinite, može doći do blokiranja pristupa vašem nalogu člana.
10.6 Bonusi se mogu dobiti samo jednom po osobi/računu, porodici, domaćinstvu, adresi, e-mail adresi, IP adresama i okruženjima u kojima se računari dele (univerzitet, bratstvo, škola, javna biblioteka, radno mesto, itd.). Operater zadržava pravo da zatvori vaš nalog i konfiskuje sva postojeća sredstva ako se pronađu dokazi o zloupotrebi/prevari.
Poslali smo vam privatno imejl (na adresi ) sa svim relevantnim dokazima i dokumentacijom predmeta u vezi sa ovom materijom.

The user was banned as We have identified a clear breach of our Terms and Conditions under clauses 3.2 and 10.6, specifically concerning the creation of multiple accounts and abuse of deposit bonuses.
3.2 You are allowed to have only one Member Account. Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting our support team via the Live Chat. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member account being blocked for access.
10.6 Bonuses can only be received once per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.). The Operator reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found.
