Pošto sada ne mogu da pristupim svom nalogu i nastavim da igram, ljubazno tražim potpuni povraćaj svih uplaćenih depozita. Ova situacija je izazvala značajnu frustraciju i razočarenje, i verujem da je povraćaj novca opravdan u ovim okolnostima.
