Dana 25. februara 2022. godine sam zatražio isplatu od 1050,00 € koja još nije obrađena. Problem je u tome što ne mogu da kontaktiram nikoga da pitam ima li problema ili je provjera još uvijek na čekanju. Niti live chat nije prisutan niti je bilo odgovora e-mailom ili putem kontakt forme.
Moram da kažem još nešto, ranije sam imao uplate između 30-535€ koje su bez problema prebacivane u poslednjih nedelju/meseci (obrada uplata je bila maksimalno 4-5 dana). Samo imam problem sa sumom. Ne znam šta da radim, ruke su mi vezane, molim vas pomozite! Isplata je pod "Isplate na čekanju" i još uvijek se može povući, ali s tako dugim vremenom je stvarno čudno šta mogu učiniti?
Ps: Nikada se nisam morao verificirati za prethodne isplate. Također ne znam gdje da se provjerim jer nemam kontakt sa Vegadreamom i ne mogu ni sa kim doći.

On February 25th, 2022 I requested a payment of €1050.00 which has not yet been processed. The problem is that I can't reach anyone to ask if there are any problems or if verification is still pending. Neither the live chat is present nor was there an answer by email or via the contact form.
I have to say one more thing, I had previously had payments between 30-535€ that were transferred without any problems in the last week/months (processing of the payments was a maximum of 4-5 days). I only have a problem with the sum. I don't know what to do, my hands are tied, please help! The payout is under "Pending payouts" and can still be withdrawn but with such a long time it's really strange what can I do?
Ps: I have never had to verify myself for the previous payouts. I also don't know where to verify myself because I have no contact with Vegadream and can't reach anyone.

Ich habe am 25.02.2022 eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 1050,00€ beantragt die noch nicht bearbeitet wurde. Das problem ist das ich keinen erreichen kann um nachzufragen ob es eventuell Probleme gibt oder noch eine Verifizierung aussteht. Weder der Live Chat ist anwesend noch gab es eine Antwort per Email oder übers Kontakt Formular.
Eins muss ich noch sagen ich hatte vorher schon Auszahlungen zwischen 30-535€ die problemlos überwiesen worden sind in den letzten Woche /Monate (Bearbeitung der Auszahlungen max 4-5 Tage gewesen). Nur bei der Summe hab ich so ein Problem. Ich weiß nicht was ich tun soll mir sind die Hände gebunden ich bitte um Hilfe! Die Auszahlung steht unter „Ausstehende Auszahlungen" und kann noch zurück gezogen werden aber bei so einer langen Zeit ist das echr seltsam was kann ich tun?
Ps: Verifizieren musste ich mich noch nie für die vorherigen Auszahlungen. Ich wüsste auch nicht wo man sich verifizieren kann da ich keinen Kontakt zu Vegadream habe und niemanden erreichen kann.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have received payments previously and had your last withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
