Pišem ovo da bih prijavio veoma frustrirajuću situaciju sa kojom se trenutno suočavam sa ovim kazinom, i nadam se da će mi Casino Guru tim pomoći u rešavanju ovog problema.
Zatražio sam povlačenje 19. januara, a od danas, 10. februara, moja sredstva nisu obrađena, što sada kasni 19 dana. Ranije sam isplate obrađivao u roku od 7-10 dana, tako da je ovo odlaganje potpuno neprihvatljivo.
Imam tri odvojena isplate od po 500 evra na čekanju, pošto je to bio limit za isplatu, što nigde nije jasno saopšteno, a na računu imam i 2.090 evra koje ne mogu da podignem. Sredstva u pitanju nisu bila iz nekog bonusa, već iz mojih sopstvenih depozita, tako da ne bi trebalo da bude problema sa procesom povlačenja.
Kontaktirao sam podršku za ćaskanje uživo više puta, otprilike svaka 3-4 dana, i svaki put kada dobijem nejasne odgovore u kojima se navodi da oni pojedinačno pregledaju nalog svakog igrača i daju druge slične izgovore. Nije bilo konkretnog ažuriranja i nisam dobio nikakvu stvarnu pomoć.
S obzirom da je ova situacija potpuno neprihvatljiva i da sam čekao duži period, nadam se da će Casino Guru moći da interveniše i pomogne da se ovaj problem reši što je pre moguće. Radujem se vašoj pomoći i cenim svaku pomoć koju možete da pružite u brzom procesuiranju mog povlačenja

I requested a withdrawal on January 19th, and as of today, February 10th, my funds have not been processed, which is now 19 days overdue. In the past, I’ve had withdrawals processed within 7-10 days, so this delay is completely unacceptable.
