Zdravo, da, već sam izvršio povlačenje iz 3. pokušaja, dakle 9 radnih dana, zbog dva tehnička problema u 2 prethodna pokušaja. Ako se dobro sećam, treći pokušaj je napravljen sa ručnim povlačenjem od strane finansijskog odeljenja. Poslat je e-mail u kojem se navodi da je došlo do tehničkog problema tokom prva dva pokušaja.
Kako ovo može biti isti problem svaki put kada igrač pokuša da povuče novac?
Drugi pokušaj je napravljen juče, u nedelju, 30., odmah nakon što je otkazan. Ali ipak vam je rečeno da se isplate ne obrađuju tokom vikenda.

Hi, yes I have made a withdrawal before on the 3rd attempt, hence 9 working days, due to two technical issues on the 2 previous attempts . If I remember correctly the 3rd attempt was made with a manual withdrawal by the finance department. An email was send stating a technical issue had occurred during the first two attempt.
How can this be the same issue every time a player attempts a withdrawal?
The 2nd attempt was made yesterday Sunday the 30th , straight after it was cancelled. But yet you are told withdrawals don't get processed over the weekend.
I use bank transfer.
