Ja sam registrovani korisnik na Velobet-u sa potpuno verifikovanim nalogom (sve moje podatke imate privatno). Nakon nekoliko opklada, zatražio sam povlačenje 150 evra 27. januara. Od početka sam primetio problem: dugme za otkazivanje povlačenja, koje se obično pojavljuje odmah nakon podnošenja zahteva za povlačenje, nije bilo dostupno.
Uprkos tome, čekao sam standardna tri radna dana, iako je za povlačenje kriptovaluta iz kazina kompanije obično potrebno samo nekoliko sati da stignu na kripto račun igrača.
Uprkos čekanju na navedeni vremenski okvir, povlačenje se i dalje prikazuje kao „u obradi".
Više puta sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku i u poslednjem odgovoru je navedeno da bankovni transferi mogu da potraju do 3 dana.
Međutim, nisam tražio nikakav bankovni transfer.
Čini se da vreme prolazi a da kazino ne pronađe jednostavno rešenje, kao što je vraćanje iznosa na moj Velobet nalog (onda mogu ponovo da zahtevam povlačenje) ili ispravnu obradu povlačenja sa detaljima koje sam naveo tokom zahteva za povlačenje.
Svaki put kada ih kontaktiram, moram više puta da objašnjavam sve od početka. Odeljenje plaćanja, sa kojim sam u kontaktu putem mejla, dalo je odgovor koji je potpuno nepovezan (pominjući čak i bankovni transfer, koji uopšte nisam tražio).

It seems like time is passing without the casino finding a simple solution, such as crediting the amount back to my Velobet account (then I can re-request the withdrawal) or correctly processing the withdrawal with the details I provided during the withdrawal request.
Every time I contact them, I have to repeatedly explain everything from the beginning. The payment department, with whom I am in contact via email, provided a response that is completely unrelated (mentioning even a bank transfer, which I did not request at all).
I kindly request a resolution to this situation either by crediting the amount back to my Velobet account (so I can subsequently request the withdrawal again) or by correctly processing the withdrawal as I requested several days ago.
